I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hoppert! I have never seen a Doctor who took as much time with me, to really understand what was going on with me. I was blown away by her knowledge of dry eye disease, addressing root causes/issues and not just symptoms. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing dry eye disease.

I had gone to see Dr. Hoppert two days ago to consult about my dry eye condition. I had gone with my physician wife for the consult so I could grasp the details of the condition and treatment plans. What we experienced there at the clinic can be best described as a Master Class in diagnosis and treatment. She was professional, compassionate, courteous and very detail oriented. She communicated clearly and concisely and explained the conditions affecting my eyes and the treatment plan in a lucid manner. She is definitely the very best in her class and someone who will go on to make a name for herself in this field. Thank you Dr. Hoppert, we both appreciate the care you provided. My husband was seen by Allissun Hoppert. Afterwards, I attempted to ask her a question about my husband's examination findings. She rudely dismissed me and said "I do not have time to talk. That's why I insist that spouses are present during an appointment so that I only have to speak once". (I thought, Gee, I was not invited to be present for the exam). She ignored me, didn't look me in the eye, and briskly walked past me. I was left dumbfounded. Her unprofessionalism had to be shared with anyone considering to make an appointment with her.

I never had so detailed and focus assessment as what Dr Hoppert did for my dry eyes problem.She makes sure patient is getting high quality standards of care and her approach is very holistic. I definitely recommend her expertise on treating dry eyes. Plus shes working with efficient and goal oriented professionals in the clinic. Kudos to all - Ms Rich, Ms Anna And Ms Kath. Thank you Dr Hoppert.

I can't say enough positive things to convey the gratitude I feel for Dr. Hoppert. I have several chronic health conditions for which I see different specialist for and I have never experienced the level of care from any other doctor than I am experiencing from Dr. Hoppert. I am beyond grateful to her for how much she cares about not just treating my dry eye symptoms but about healing the root causes. I appreciate his thorough she is, how she explains everything to me in a way that I really understand, the treatment options she is using, the close follow ups, and how we are able to see that my eyes are in fact responding and healing. I suffered from a dry eye disease for 14 years. No other ophthalmologist was able to help. With Dr Hoppert's knowledge, and care I am now pain free. My eyes are on the road to recovery. From my first tele health appointment with Dr Hoppert I knew she was different from other doctors. She took the time to understand what symptoms I had been living with and how they effected my life. She offered in site into things I hasn't considered. She was spot on. Dr Hoppert really cares about your well being. Her staff, Cat, Rich whom I never met and anyone else in the background ! They are great. Cat is knowledgeable and caring. She will help navigate insurance issues and dryeyerescue website. They respond quickly to text messages. Yes, that's right. This highly specialized doctor and her staff stay connected through text messaging. No other doctor that I know does that. I can't say enough good things about Dr Hoppert and her staff.
