This eye dr did my post op exam. She stated both implants are looking great. I wish I could say the same. The right eye cataract surgery was over a month ago. Still waiting for better clarity , better focus. The left eye has a different type implant,waiting for better vision.

The experience was less than I had expected. No one at you office communicated with me regarding when I was supposed to remove the eye shield and begin the eye drops. Either that or I mis read or misundersood. I reread all the material I was given for before and after the procedure and there was no written instructions that I could see that mentioned when the eye shield was supposed to to be removed and the drops were supposed to start. It just said post-op. I thought I should take the shield off immediately after surgery and start the drops then. My husband told me that the person who spoke with him after the procedure said to wait until I saw the doctor. At your office I was made to feel that I was at fault for not following instructions. I still do not know what I was supposed to have done after the surgery. Your office did not say.
