Dr Watkins and his staff were awesome. Very professional and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of wide frames. Usually I do my eye exam and have to either order frames on go to another location to actually get glasses. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Laveen LASIK and Total Eye Care

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Rude and lack of customer service. I have gone here several times throughout the years and today was the day where I decided that will no longer be going here, there is a cheaper place near Fairfax on Baseline anyways but I was scheduled for an appointment at this office at 1:00PM. They even called and texted me to confirm my appointment date and time a day before. The time comes for my appointment at 1:00PM I get there and guess what they are completly closed, lights off, door locked and all. I decided to wait because they have a sign that clearly says open Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 4:00pm so there was no way that I was just late or something. I even called several times while waiting and left a message with them because I got no answer and texted the number they had texted me and got no reply. So I decided to leave and they didn't call me back til 30 mins later and told me to come all the way back to the office because they had someone cancel. Only for me to drive back to them and walk inside and them tell me they actually have to rescedule me because they thought someone was going to cancel but didn't so they just wasted my time and gas AGAIN! I asked how would that fall on me if they are the ones who did not come back from lunch on time and the lady very rudly said that there wasn't anyone waiting outside for them when they returned from there lunch at 1PM and that I should've been there on time??????? I clearly was. Even have a timestaped picture! How long do you expect paying customers to wait when your office is clearly closed and you have no sign posted that you close for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm??? The lack of accountability is crazy.

Very good experience getting an eye exam, new glasses and ordering some contacts. Dr. Watkins was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very generous in sharing his knowledge with me and helping me understand what was going on with my eyes and how I could best support my vision health.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Watkins and the staff at Laveen Lasik! A month ago, I was told I needed cataract surgery in both eyes. Naturally, I was nervous. However, after seeing Dr. Watkins today, I was relieved to learn that not only do I not need cataract surgery, but my previous glasses prescription was incorrect. The entire process, from the eye exam to picking out new frames, was seamless. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making it easy to find frames that suit me perfectly. I'm excited to get my new glasses and finally see the world clearly again. Thank you, Dr. Watkins and team, for your honesty, professionalism, and outstanding care!

Dr. Watkins is Awesome, straight to the point & extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone who needs eye care treatment or to go in for a simple check up.

10/10 recommend! Dr. Watkins is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my eyeballs, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and cares for a patient as a person with outstanding quality vision care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Dr. Watkins was great and explained my eye care in a way that was informative and easy to understand. However, the rest of his office was very unprofessional and took advantage of my time and money. I ordered contacts three months ago, and have yet to receive the prescription I paid a lot of money for. They told me my prescription was on back order, and anytime I called to ask for an update, I was met with a vague response or was told I would be contacted at a later time with an update, but this call never came. The receptionist was also not very friendly.

I had my eye exam today and wow! I wanted to share what a great experience I had. Dr. Watkins & staff are amazing! Dr. Watkins took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my vision and reviewed with me options to best suit my needs. His staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - helping me select frames to fit my face and style. I was so thankful they were able to see me on a Saturday so I didn't have to take any time off from work. I would highly recommend Laveen Total Eye Care to everyone!
