Extremely satisfied with the customer service at this LensCrafters location. Milla was the best. I had a warranty issue and she spent quite a bit of time and effort to get me an amazing replacement pair of glasses using my credit from Luxxotica. I know that without her knowledge and help, I would have be stuck with some kind of extra charge for the replacement pair or a pair that weren't equal to my broken pair. I received a pair I love for no extra charge! I also purchased a pair of Ray Ban Aviators and was helped by Esteban. He was very nice and helped me pick the right lens, tint, etc. This is now my forever LensCrafters location.
