Went in for eye exam And glasses. Saw Dr Sarah and she was fantastic, explained all the tests she was doing, not only the results, but what they meant. Then I met with Abby and she helped me find the perfect glasses, I felt like she was very honest in helping me pick the perfect pair that looked great on me. I visited LensCrafters in Desert Ridge Mall, Phoenix, AZ recently. The experience was outstanding. The personnel was knowledgeable and helpful, and the eye doctor knowledgeable. What impressed me was that my new glasses came in three days only, over a weekend, even though the promise was 10-14 days. I ordered progressive glasses and I wear progressive glasses for five years. This is the first time I put a pair of progressive glasses on my nose and they fit perfectly and did not produce me any discomfort like dizziness or period of adaptation. That means the prescription was right and the new glasses were adjusted very well. I am not easy to impress, but this time I was.
