Lifetime Eye Care

For decades I would tell both optometrists and opthamologists that I was frequently closing my right eye in order to see better. I will always be grateful to Dr Murray Pratt, because he was the first vision specialist to correctly diagnose my unmet issue. I needed to have prisms in my glasses to enable my eyes to focus together without blurred vision. Lifetime office people are personable and have always worked within my health plans guidelines. Through the years of being a customer, their company's policies for warrantee have assured me of a high degree of customer satisfaction. Whenever I need an adjustment of my frames, they readily make an appointment available to me even if it requires seeing me during their busiest time of the year. Their new office in Ahwatukee is beautiful and convenient and displays the wide selection of high quality frames. I would strongly recommend Lifetime Eye Care for all your eyewear needs.

We had our 1st appointment at Lifetime Eye Care. We were impressed by the staff and office. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the nurse who did our pre-exam. She was delightful. She explained what she was doing well and made my husband and myself at ease. The doctor was prompt and thorough with his examination. The selection of frames was lovely and Sam the Optitian that helped us was very helpful. We would recommend this office to family and friends.

The new location of Lifetime Eye care is beautiful and spacious. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Dr. Pratt is very respectful, calm, kind, and knowledgeable. He puts my mind at ease whenever I have any concerns, and he answers all of my questions.

The office is spacious and clean, with a knowledgeable staff who were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Pratt was thorough and explained everything clearly. Jeff took time to help me decide on frames. I had a great experience and will be using Lifetime for my vision care moving forward.

The new office area of Lifetime Eye Care is a spectacularly bright and large, open space, conveniently located on 45th St in Ahwatukee. From the beginning of my annual eye exam appointment with Sam, I was treated with kind & professional care. She expertly guided me through each of the testing procedures and then escorted me into the exam room to wait for Dr Sullenger. A few short minutes later, Dr Sullenger entered the room with a friendly smile and a handshake. He not only listened, but heard my concerns about some recent visual changes, and addressed. The "is 1 better than 2" exam was done efficiently and Dr Sullenger moved on to reviewing the results of the testing that Sam previously conducted. With a new prescription in hand, I headed out to the check out area and met Jeff. Equally as nice and friendly Jeff quickly reviewed the doc's orders with me and sent me on my merry way to enjoy a beautiful afternoon.

Very nice staff, and Dr Pratt was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. I felt relaxed here due to the demeanor of the staff and doctor, which was so nice! Would definitely recommend this eye clinic.

Disappointing experience from a transparency and trust standpoint. I was given an expensive retinal camera exam without being asked for consent and without any mention of cost beforehand. There was no explanation that this was optional and no discussion of pricing. I only found out after receiving the bill. Healthcare decisions should be informed decisions. If a practice offers add-on services, especially costly ones, patients deserve a clear explanation and the chance to say yes or no before anything is done. Surprising people with charges after the fact damages trust. The exam itself may have value, but the lack of disclosure and consent is unacceptable. Practices should be upfront about what is being performed and what it will cost. Patients should not have to learn that lesson when they open their bill. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions before any testing here, because the office does not volunteer that information on its own.
