Moretsky Cassidy Vision Correction

Worst experience ever. After Lasik with Dr. Stock there were complications, but nothing recommended worked, Si. So I went to another ophthalmologist who finally cured me. By comparison were the minor difficulties. You make an appointment and show up only to find out there is no appointment. Then, when you make an appointment at the particular office by personal visit you find that the clerical staff are brash and rude, especially at the Phoenix office, but I have found it true also at the Mesa office. It's as though the demand for eye correction in the valley is so high that it gives them the right to treat you with contempt. And when a prescription is given, and you go to the pharmacy that they said they sent it to, you discover that it was never sent by the office even though they said it was.

I started with a very serious injury & infection. 1st front desk an nurses in back!! What a absolutely phenomenal crew. They offered warmth compassion. My Dr, Stock...never have I been cared for by such professional but caring treatments. Plus he is just a true "HOOT"...

My eye exams were done very thoroughly by a very knowledgeable, experienced and caring person named Ruby. She took care to make sure I was comfortable. She did so many tests on my eyes that I had never had before. Then, I saw Dr. Cassidy and he explained everything about the different types of surgery I could have. He explained what the outcome would be with each type of surgery. All the staff was very good, especially Gina. Thank you so much.

The doctors and staff are awesome. The front office staff is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are rude and abrasive. After being a patient for 5 years when I called to schedule my yearly appointment they wouldn't until I had my insurance card with me. I told them nothing changed and I was in my car they didn't care and made me call back. After I scheduled my appointment called the day before to verify the time and it took 10 minutes for them to find me. Despite have my name and date of birth which the asked for at least 5 times. When I arrived they made me use a kiosk to check in that asked me a lot of personal questions that I wasn't comfortable answering on a kiosk where I had no idea who receives the info. When I expressed my concern a particularly angry little woman told me that she would cancel my appointment and I could leave. After I had her speak to the doctor I was seen. Once we got to that point I feel that Dr Cassidy is one of the best as are all the people in the back.

Was sent here by Burnett and Delaney, the lady at the front desk was very rude. When I got back to see the eye doctor he just tells me to go to a contact specialist. I've already been to an optometrist. I went there so somebody could look at the health of my eye since he is an ophthalmologist and just said he was going to cancel my appointment because he couldn't do anything. I wouldn't recommend this place.

My mother has been a patient for many years and has always had great care. She now has dementia and the staff is so kind, patient and compassionate. The tech that helped her today was absolutely wonderful from answering the same questions many times to explaining each test. Thank you all.

Doctors Moretsky and Cassidy are the best! My dad has been a patient for over a year and they always explain everything and are ready to answer any questions we have. It is so nice to have excellent doctors we trust and know are taking care of my dad's vision. The front office staff is also very professional, nice and helpful. I usually schedule appointments over the phone and there is hardly ever a wait time to do so. Thanks for everything this office does, you are appreciated!!!

Staff was friendly professional. Office is clean. Doctor was kind professional, doctor asked questions and took time to listen, took time to explain my condition. Highly recommend this practice.
