National Vision

Been going here about 14 years now. Have me accurate prescriptions. Have always been good about helping me repair things like if I needed them tightened or straightened. Highly recommend. Despite it being in a Wal-Mart they are good quality. But, this last year I did go to a Nationwide simply because I got a new insurance. I will say the Nationwide glaucoma test was by far more detailed; really shined a super powerful light in my eye so I couldn't see anything up close for at least an hour. Whereas when I get that done here I can see just fine. So if you have a very specific need where you need that particular thing done strongly, maybe you should consider another place. Otherwise this one is great

The optometrist, Dr. Yoon is awesome. She is very kind, and thoroughly explains procedures, diagnosis and etc. The staff were very friendly as well. Don't let it being located in Chris Town mall scare you away. This place is topnotch.

The worst!!! I waited 9 days for appt after 430pm I got there at 445pm for a 5pm appt time. By 540 I was still in waiting and asking how much longer? Just a few minutes I was told. By 553pm I was telling the desk... I'm done!!! You over booked the 5pm appt time and I've wasted an hour for nothing! The woman behind the desk had the nerve to say 'would you like to reschedule right now?' - I'm like....uhh... NOT! I'm pretty pissed right now at this place. I'll go somewhere else.

The regular staff was helpful but when it came to check out my 2 children who have 2 different vision insurance so that we have no copays they refused to bill the primary and then the secondary . The manager when asked about this was very rude and condescending. I pay for our insurance for the purpose of not to have any out of pocket expenses. And to wait till after services before letting us know that our secondary won't ever be billed as part of their protocol that's not a very good business practice. GRISELLE THE MANGER IS VERY RUDE AND HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAYING MY WIFE IS THE IN THE WRONG FOR NOT KNOWING THEIR POLICIES. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY NATIONAL VISION!

I went one day to ask if they'll take my insurance abd there was this lady thats i was ask by the employee if i need it help after 20 minutes of looking waiting for service and they make me feel awkward just seeing another couple Caucasian coming in and being services before me it's racist and discriminatory

This place is great I got all the bells and whistles on my glasses for an amazing price. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They were pretty quick and getting my daughter in for an eye exam and pretty knowledgeable
