I had an excellent experience at Nationwide Vision this past Saturday. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The front desk team made check-in smooth and stress-free, and I didn't feel rushed at any point during my visit.
The optometrist was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with my exam and prescription. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and caring the entire team was.

The front staff gave me the run around each time I asked a question. They were rude, condescending and simply did not follow through with what they said they would do. I wanted grey gas permeable contacts and the way the perscription was written I could only buy green, clear, blue or brown. So they ordered my second choice, blue. Come to find out, had the doctor been asked her would have allowed the change in the number and I could have gotten the grey that I have always worn. Once German helped me, on the phone, he asked Dr. Ruta, who said "Yes" and changed the perscription for me immediately. Had they been nice enough to do that simple thing, I would have recieved the grey lenses not the blue ones. I was going to say how much I appreciate great customer service from Both German and Dr. Ruta. But if I have to be treated disrespectfully by the 2 females on the staff, I would never go there again.

Priscilla helped me secure glasses for my daughter at college. During break in town she had her exam and ordered her glasses. When we had difficulty getting the glasses Priscilla was integral in getting the glasses in hand so I could get them to my daughter at Yale.

Everything was good except I told them I didn't want a contact lens exam and they charged me $40.00 for it anyway. Could have at least offered me a refund but they didn't.
