I've always had a wonderful experience at the Nationwide Vision. I started coming to this location in 2021 for frames and lens. Tom, the manager, has been exceptional to work with over the years. I had radiation that caused some changes to my prescription. Tom worked with me through several lens changes to get the right lens. His professional, patience, and kindness keeps me coming back year after year.

Been here a few times since last year. Perfect service and I'm loving my glasses. Ive had them for over a year and the screws were loose causing the frames to pop out. I had lost a screw and taped it up until I could come out. The glasses were fixed immediately and realigned. Sparkling clean and out the door in 10 minutes. I highly recommend.

I've purchased eyewear/lenses at two other Nationwide Vision locations in Phoenix and the Arcadia location on Indian School wins hands down. They staff greeted me right when I came on the door (which is somewhat unusual lately in any business), The ophthalmologist was calm, very patient in waiting for me to decide amongst the three eyeglass frames I narrowed it down to. I also felt like he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying the highest-priced frame or feel like he was just telling me that they "all looked good" on my face. They were all very polite, professional and there were not a lot of kids running around screaming like so many stores these days. Five stars to Arcadia staff!

Out of all the Nationwide vision stores in Phoenix this one has become my favorite. The staff treat me so nice and the Doctor is very friendly and was able to catch my double vision and get me the correct Lenses. I send all my friends there now.
