Dr Pollock was very professional, personable and very easy to get along with. He truly has compassion for what he does and madd my eye exam seem easy. Lety was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store, she was my agent helping me pick out glasses to fit me. I liked how she reached out to her colleagues for a second opinion on my glasses style and fit. Dr. Viglotti was great; however, my experience with Amber at the front desk was unacceptable. She was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive manner from the moment I arrived. I have never felt so disrespected at any establishment before. Her attitude and lack of basic courtesy made it clear she did not want to be at work, and her behavior was entirely inappropriate for a patient-facing role. This interaction significantly detracted from what should have been a positive visit and reflects a serious need for immediate training in customer service and professionalism.
