Denise, who said she was the manager, refused to see my 8-year-old son because we were only 5 minutes late. We rushed straight from work because he truly needed to be seen, and instead of showing any understanding or compassion, we were turned away. I understand that policies exist, but when it comes to a child needing medical attention, there should be some flexibility and empathy. For five minutes instead she said they can't take five minutes they need to go home You never know what families are going through. The lack of care and customer service we experienced was extremely disappointing and not okay.
