Came for my appt today and was greeted right as I walked through the door. While processing my insurance I had many questions and Dimas was very informative. While waiting for the Dr to call me back I still had many questions and both Desiree and Hannah assisted me and were polite. Dr. Kroona was very good at making me at ease and was thorough. I've been coming to this location for many years and again this was a positive easy experience. Give them raises! Happy New Year to your staff! ~S.Odin

I love the doctor. Dr. She was awesome. But everything else felt like because of the kind of insurance I had, I was treated differently from others, my glasses are ok, he did really do anything to make them ok, handed them To me, in a soft case that I was okay with, but not a cleaning cloth. No, if you need anything, come back. It felt rushed and had no heart or care in what they do.

I have been going to this location for about 12 years now. I love the way they are with my kiddos and appreciate so much that they can talk to me about each one of my kids eye situations. One of my daughters is very autistic but she loves the eye doctor here and loves coming every year. I know some reviews are upset about the rudeness or length of time it takes but this location takes it time for each one of there patients so you get an understanding of what you need. I very much appreciate that and appreciate they do not rush us so other people who are rude can hurry and go first. I have not had any rude issues at this location and they deal with my kids ages ranging from 9years to 16 here. I definitely recommend this location. Love her so much here!! Thank you

I took a friend from assisted living there to get glasses and Issac was so kind and patient with her. I recommend this establishment for the care and compassion they show for people.

This store is a joke. Ive waited many weeks for a contact order. No follow-up, no phone calls. Promises not kept. Staff not helpful . Just found out that RX on back order. This place has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. All smiles zero service. I would advise the general public not to use this terrible store. Today I going for a refund. Don't use this place you will be disappointed as I am. Ive been a nationwide customer for many years. No longer. At least this store. Is there any hope for improvement. Brought in my 3 girls for their yearly appointments, and my youngest first appointment ever! The whole staff was AMAZING! Super patient with my youngest stress of eye drops, and helping her find shapes to be able to identify to get her prescription. The Dr was AMAZING! Definitely recommend for nervous first timers!

DIMAS was very helpful with my mother's glasses. She had ordered them without the visions she needed. He gladly corrected them and had them back to us within a week. He guided me with my glasses, so there was no air. He encouraged me to keep all glasses consistent, which makes sense when we get older as we need consistency so we don't have to remember what glasses we need to get for what Vision. I also love the optometrist. The optometrist she was amazing. I will definitely be going back next year or if not sooner if I need to. I highly recommend this site. I don't want to cause I don't want it to get super busy so I can't get in but honestly, this is a good place to go.!!

Very bad experience. You try calling them and they never answer. Even when you leave a voicemail, there's a 1 in 100 chance they will call back. When you go into the store, you see them sitting at the front desk. They are closed on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On Google Maps it shows they are open, but I don't rely on that because it's not always accurate. So I checked their official website, and it said they were open today (Wednesday) and for the rest of the week. Once, I had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday. I called ahead, and they told me they were open and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived, the store was closed. My baby's eyes were very bumpy, itchy, and extremely red, so I had no choice but to take him to the hospital. When they make glasses, they tell you it will take 2 weeks, but it actually takes a month or more. Even worse, when they send you a message saying your glasses are ready, you show up and find the store closed again. Today, I went because their official app said they were open, but once again the store was closed. There was a note on the door saying today and tomorrow would be closed. What a waste of $50 in gas. Worst place. Extremely frustrating.
