Elisha the front desk person was amazing with me on the phone. She made me feel like family. I enjoyed my experience there. Everything was done professionally and expediently. This is my second year going to this office. They are polite and respectful. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything including the photos of the eyes. She made a referral and to my surprise and pleasure, I received a call the next morning. The only thing I would change is that the staff smile and acknowledge customers when they come through the door. Some did, some didn't. Even so, I like this place and hopefully the doctor will be there for a long time,

On 11/1/25 I lost vision in my left eye and went into the Nationwide without an appointment. Dr Baron was very kind and kept the store open an hour past normal closing time to dilate my eye and run tests. He recommended an ER to go to and wrote up a report for me to give the doctors. The ER diagnosed my problem and thanks in a large part to Dr Baron and the staff I have full vision in both eyes again. He and the staff were very kind and helpful and I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. God bless them

Appointment went as normal, Dr. Baron's been my optometrist since I was a teen, and I've never had any complaints about his care! :) This location has had some changes to opto techs over the years; the tech I had during this appointment was just okay. He did cross a professional boundary by asking me for my phone number once the initial screenings were complete -- and not for paperwork purposes. Not the greatest look, especially as a healthcare worker myself. He was professional and appropriate for the remainder of my appointment.
I stopped by in-person a few weeks after my appointment to check up on my contacts. Front office staff had some trouble locating my order and told me to call at a later time since (who I was assuming was) the supervisor "didn't have time for this." The other folks at the front desk were a lot more apologetic and kind for this hiccup. Probably going to relocate to another office for next year's appointment.

Rude staff and they don't explain their warranty correctly. My mom got here glasses from here a year ago and her optician Alexis told her she was covered under warranty, only thing that was not covered was stolen or lost frames. She returned before her year was up and she was charged $81 to use her warranty after she paid over $600 for her glasses that she's been having issues with since she got them.

Yikes don't come here! Front office staff is atrocious. They should update their hours to reflect what times the staff is actually willing to work with customers. If you come in for new glasses at 3pm when they close at 4pm, Jodie the store manager will huff and puff at you that she doesn't have time for you. I'd recommend some customer service lessons here! We have had no issues with Dr Baron getting our prescriptions.
You would think they would want our business but the office staff is proving otherwise! We'll take our business elsewhere.
