I want to start by saying the staff at this location were excellent. They were kind, patient, and did their best despite being clearly short-staffed. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very frustrating.
I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment and did not leave until 6:00 PM. There was no doctor on site, and the exam was conducted through a Zoom call. The doctor on call was unprofessional, and after waiting for nearly two hours as the last patient, I was informed that the doctor had logged out for the day before reviewing my results.
As a result, I did not receive my prescription and now have to return for both my prescription and fitting. The staff tried repeatedly to contact the doctor, but there was no response.
The front staff did their best in a difficult situation, but the lack of proper doctor availability and follow-through made this a very disappointing experience.
Ashley R , Faith C and Shawn L customer service was amazing very friendly and very helpful , facility was clean . Ashley check in was quick, my visit was virtual for my son Ashley made us feel very comfortable and was knowledgeable about the visit great job . Shawn checked us out very quick and was helpful with showing my son the section for his glasses great job Thank you.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire appointment was fast and efficient. Ashley and Faith were exceptionally nice and kind, making me feel comfortable throughout the exam. When I left, none of my questions were left unanswered, thank you to the entire team at this store!
The entire Staff were very nice and so kind. Called them and they gave me a same day appointment . I came in with my daughter and my 18th month old son. They baby sit him for a couple of minutes while I went in for the eye exam with my daughter. Since it was her first time. They didn't mind the noise and giggling from my kids at all. They made us feel welcomed and the process was so fast. I would recommend 100% this location on 75th ave and lower buckeye.
Thank God and being blessed with Lee Ana and Shawn, along with the rest of the staff are very good at their job and patient. I've been coming here since 2014. I am always happy for being with them. Wish blessed remainder of their week. With means prayers love and hugs . I thank God for blessing me with a wonderful staff.
I had a very disappointing experience at Nation Wide Vision. When I came in about 40 minutes before closing, an employee named Shawn told me he couldn't help me because they were closing soon and "wouldn't have time." I decided to come back another day to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I returned, the same employee was again unhelpful and unprofessional.
I was filling out paperwork at one counter and he told another customer that I was in the wrong place, not her. It was confusing, embarrassing, and honestly disrespectful.
I understand that employees have closing procedures and long days, but customers deserve to be treated courteously and fairly during business hours. Based on this experience, I don't feel valued as a customer and will likely take my business elsewhere.
Shawn and Faith were very helpful, from setting my appointment to getting super glue residue out from my previous pair of glasses.
I came in just to get my glasses adjusted, even though I hadn't purchased them here, and Shawn went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to carefully straighten them and made sure they fit perfectly on my face. He was professional, kind, and personable throughout the entire visit. Excellent service--I really appreciate the help!
