Dr. Michelle is generous with her time and consequently has helped me to dial in my prescription to the point where my vision is now better than with an expensive scleral lens from another doctor after an injury. Her staff are all wonderful. I fully appreciate that Drs. Justin and Michelle have invested in the latest technology for their practice and feel complete peace of mind knowing that they are looking at the full health of the eyes, and able to detect any changes over the course of time. She is able to successfully treat dry eye, just can't say enough good about this office. Thank you for taking care of my family over the years!

Justin and Michelle are both AWESOME. I have been a patient before they moved to this location. I was very happy when they moved to the north valley, because I live in the area. I have been a patient for over 10 years with no plans to change. They are very detailed, transparent, gentle, and welcoming. They explain everything and answers all questions honestly. They are second to none with technology. The staff is very patient and super nice and sweet. I like that fact that they are like a little family. It's nice to see that they have dedicated staff members and seeing a familiar face on every visit makes my appointment that much special. North Valley Eye Care is SECOND TO NONE! If you need eye care, I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I were traveling and unfortunately our little 6 year old developed pink eye, and unlike before the pediatrician we MyCharted had concerns that the drops, they prescribed, may not be sufficient. We were worried and needed help.
Being from out of town we had no doctors, no appointments, and lots of fun planned.
We walked into North Valley Eye because of their wonderful reviews. Dr. Michelle Kohls was incredible. Kind, caring, and willing to help our little girl, she provided a thorough exam and was able to relieve us of any concerns that the medicine was not working. Instead the dark red around the eye was bruising, mom and I suspect caused from little brother showing his love with a fist, as he sometimes does.
The next day Dr. Michelle Kohls called to follow up and see if Isla was on the mend.
Isla, myself, and Mom are all so grateful for the team at North Valley Eye and Dr. Michelle Kohls kindness and care.
