Wow! There's only one thing to say about these ladies and Doctor!!!! Actually not many words at all!!!! I would say my experience there left me in "Awe"; that's the word.. I've never in my life been to a better Doctor and staff in my life that was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about not only their products and the way they make you feel at home and comfortable. They know how people feel about not having their sight! How uncomfortable it can be to every morning wake up put glasses on, having to clean them every morning. Having to push them up on your face. Needing to see without them or your not able to see at all. The kids that get made fun of just because they have to wear them. These ladies understand how people feel about the way see yourself everyday when you have to be able to look at yourself and be comfortable in what your wearing on your face. They know the structure of your face to pick the right glasses out to fit your face, your style, they keep up with the new trends, the budget you so your able to stay up to date with the looks of your glasses, especially for the kids and teenagers they help the parents get their kids style so they feel good about their self while at school or wherever they may be. They see what the customers need and help them in any way they possibly can so we are comfortably; comfortable. Sweet and beautiful staff ETC!!!!! AND MORE! NOW. I WONT SAY MUCH ABOUT THE DOCTOR BECAUSE HE IS THE MOST ACCURATE, SINCERE, BEST Doctor I'VE EVER HAD THE BLESSING TO MEET. HE KNOWS HIS JOB AND HAS BLESSED MY LIFE BY BECOMING AN EYE DOCTOR. I CAN FINALLY SEE AS IF I DON'T Even NEED GLASSES . HE SURE PICKED THE RIGHT CAREER FOR HIMSELF. I WILL never go anywhere else. Even if I have to drive an hour I will not switch doctors ever. I've been coming to this location for approximately 8 years or so I would say now. Every time I go there, they are extremely friendly always in a good mood and you normally do not sit and wait long to see the provider for your scheduled appointment. When you are with the doctor or while you're out browsing frames to see which new fancy glasses you're interested in. They dedicate their time completely to you and make you feel like you're the only person that is in the office at the time and they do not rush you whatsoever, which is very helpful to someone like me that can get anxiety if I feel like I'm bothering someone or being a pain. I could go on more about them, but they are all great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I normally don't write reviews very often, but I just had to reach out to them via email about a question I had and saw this testimonial link and decided that they deserve some feedback. They definitely deserved it over the years. Keep up the great work, everyone. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a very safe and happy New Year!! PS: The bathroom door still locks. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, empathetic, and made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment. The process was quick and efficient, and I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. The pricing felt very reasonable given the quality of the frames and lenses. While other providers may offer lower prices, the craftsmanship and service here more than justify the cost. I was able to purchase both a pair of computer glasses and a regular everyday pair with the transition lens upgrade--all at a fair price. The service was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality eyewear, excellent customer care, and a smooth, hassle-free experience.

One of the best experiences I've ever had in a medical office. The front staff is very sweet and accommodating. Angelina was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Helped turn a dry task into a little bit of fun. The doctor was thorough, kind, and personable. I won't be going anywhere else for my eyes.

Needed to get checked out because my eye was feeling very strained and has been bothering me and they all had great customer service and had me laughing too. Highly recommend this place! Especially for a first timer they were great! They kept in consideration the cost with insurance to make sure you knew exactly what to expect and never pressured you to pick anything but made you feel comfortable making a right decision and be happy with the look once you leave. Angelica helped fit glasses for me and knew first choice what looked best but still had me try others to make sure it was the right choice. She was very sweet and funny, she even had my daughter help us pick the pair because she knew she'd be honest on which one really looked good. They were awesome quick and caring!

i never write reviews, but the staff here is truly amazing. i have never felt so welcome and comfortable. they assisted me throughout the entire process of picking out a frame. they have gained a loyal customer going forward!

Friendly staff , answered and explain any questions I had , had lots of options for glasses. The lady that helped me her name was Angelica she was very nice and helpful . Also to schedule the appointment the lady was very nice and welcoming , eye doctor also seem patient , and took his time looking at my eye sight

I would like to commend a particular technician, Angelita, who was responsible for the pre-exam portion of my appointment. She was a true professional from the time that I arrived until my departure. She commanded lots of knowledge regarding eyeglasses and procedures. She was thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the coverage of my vision insurance coverage. Any client who receives this technician, will no doubt be blessed with the same type of care that I received. Thanks a million! You are a true professional!
