I was very happy with my visit to OSP! Most importantly, everyone there made me feel very comfortable, especially Dr. Matsumoto. They did what testing they had to do and explained everything as we went along. They were not just another office only interested in your business and what they could sell you. The procedure went very smoothly. Drops in eye, sit in waiting room for about 20 minutes, have the laser procedure done (just a little uncomfortable feeling), wait again, and released to go home. Very smooth procedure..
Probably 10 persons were processed in the hour I was there and the waiting room was full again as I checked out. All nurses/assistants were very pleasant/helpful to us "elderly" patients.

Very professional and friendly. They have a great reputation. Working in the medical field gives me an advantage and this office was recommended. I had a couple of major surgeries with Dr Mansueto and she did such a fantastic job that once I was cleared I decided to stay on within their practice.
