Whoever is answering your phones is not helping you pull in customers. I needed assistance for an appt for my wife and I but got barely any information from the location. We were excited to go here since it looks like a nice home feeling type of office. Welp we got what you get with any clinic. Just quick information and rushed off the phone. They didnt even bother to offer to schedule an appointment. That experience was enough to not want to go here.

Personal expert optometry close to home with three convenient locations. Knowledgeable technicians explain every action, very happy I could get an inexpensive retinal scan with their new machine! Love my optometrist Dr. Shapiro, friendly and answers all of my questions, never makes me feel silly for asking. Great selection of frames and contacts. I've been a happy customer, with diabetes and astigmatism, for years.

I think this is a perfect setup for an optometrist Dr. Wilken is sharp, no-nonsense, answers all my questions. They run an efficient office -- you're never waiting in the lobby more than a moment or two. And an underrated part is the retail / glasses section: Jason runs it and is no pressure and very patient about finding frames (they carry EVERYTHING), but one of the things that keeps me coming back is he's been super helpful at navigating the warranty these frames are under; more than once he's contacted the manufacturer and had my frames replaced. All I had to do was show up. There's a level of care and personal attention here that has kept me coming back for many years (and yes, it is helpful that they take my insurance).
