Optical Expressions

Visiting from out of town and had an eye emergency. Called Optical Expressions and they were over the top with their customer service. I was taken care of and on my way quickly. Great place!

I went to Optical Expression as a new patient. They were friendly and precise when it came to my Rx and I can see clearly!! They have really awesome designer glasses, so if you can afford it, go see!

I love opticalexpressions! They helped me pick out the right pair of glasses especially ones that I never thought would be the perfect fit for me. I truly am happy to attend this clinic.

Everyone there from start to finish was great! Reception greeted me and was quick to get me back. Once back the technician was super sweet and helpful on how to use the machines as I am a newbie to glasses due to getting old! lol Then I was seen by the doctor he was very nice and well mannered. Once my prescription was written I was helped with picking out my glasses style and what my needs were to put together a perfect pair. I believe her name is Sharon but not completely sure but she helped me pick the perfect pair especially because I was on a budget. She created a cute pair for my first pair. I will be back to get a progressive pair of sunglasses! They were great!

Always a lovely and enjoyable experience at optical expressions. My family and I have been going here for over 15 years. I always leave with the cutest glasses , and get plenty of compliments . The staff is incredible and always kind and caring. Very knowledgeable and helpful when making sure I leave with a frame that suits my face shape. Highly recommend!!

Christina, Corina, and Evelyn are amazing! I've been coming here for years and I thoroughly enjoy their friendliness and expertise. I always rely on Christina to get me to step outside of the box and try fashionable frames. She hasn't let me down yet. I always get positive comments on my new glasses. Dr. Chacon is informative, thorough, and personable. He provides great care and takes the time to explain all the technical jargon. I highly recommend Optical Expressions, especially the Biltmore office.

With three visits to Optical Expressions, encompassing both their Scottsdale and Biltmore locations, I enthusiastically give them five stars!!! I was referred by a friend. My initial stop was at the Scottsdale location, to set up an eye exam appointment to become a new client and to browse glasses. The staff was friendly and efficient in setting up my future eye exam and encouraged me to take as long as I wanted pre shopping for new glasses. They even freely suggested that if I had the time, their Biltmore location had some different and additional styles if I wanted to go there. So I did. I happened to meet Christina at the Biltmore location. If someone could ever be deemed a glasses guru, she is the one!!! She was so friendly fun and extremely generous with both her time and expertise on finding glasses that fit and flatter. I welcomed her input and she was right on with her taste and assistance! She made a note in my file of the styles I liked best. My appointment was then moved from Scottsdale to the Biltmore, when they moved it up and accommodated my hope of being on a cancellation or unexpected availability list. I was long overdue. The staff here is as friendly and accommodating as Scottsdale. Kim was wonderful during initial eye tests, Dr' Ericka Wilken was fabulous and thorough during my exam and she deftly figured out how to balance my specific needs. She has such a friendly and fun way of checking eyes. Then back with Christina for final style review and multiple glasses purchases. This friendly, warm and stylish optical shop was flawless from start to finish. Each staff member contributed to an all around amazing experience. I have not diligently tended to my eyes but I now look forward to each year's chance to revisit this practice and keep my eyes healthy and my eye wear stylish. Optical Expressions is wonderful!
