I impressed this Drs office. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciate that both doctors spends the time to make sure I have perfect fitting for customized lenses. I would also like to point out that the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the customer service and patient care that I have received here. It is obvious that they take pride in their work! Thanks for best services provided to me. I recommended to everyone who needed any customized lenses

I gave this office every chance, but my experience has been consistently unprofessional and frustrating. My first appointment was scheduled for 4:30 p.m. I wasn't seen until 6:00, and didn't leave until around 7:00. I let it go because it was my first visit and thought it was a one off, but it wasn't. At my follow-up appointment to pick up glasses and check my contact lenses, the provider was again running late. I told the front desk that I only had 1 hour and asked if I could try on my glasses while I waited. They initially said no, but after 40 mins said yes. They then had me remove my contacts and try my glasses on at the front desk, not at the optician's desk, obviously not an appropriate way to check vision or fit. When I finally saw the provider, she did not check my contact fit or prescription accuracy but still billed my insurance $125 for a fitting and I left that visit with the wrong prescription trial lenses. I tried my glasses, progressives, at home and they are unusable. I can't see clearly near or distance. When I called to speak with the manager about the glasses lenses, my calls were never returned. After 2 weeks, I went in person, and still could not speak to anyone. Finally, I received a call from the provider who is also the manager. She refused to refund the cost of my lenses, offering only to "fix it," which at that point was unacceptable, given their proven incompetencies. I've wasted over a month, been treated dismissively, wasted my insurance benefits on glasses I can't wear, and ordered contacts elsewhere. Had they done the right thing to remedy this, I would not be writing this review. However, this office has proven unwilling to take responsibility, which is reflected in the many negative reviews they already have. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your eye care.

I have been a patient of primary eye care in mesa for fifteen years. Doctor martin is excellent eye doctor. The staff @E main st in Mesa Az is excellent

Dr. McGehee always takes time to explain the exam and what he is looking at and why. He answers questions with easy to understand responses. The office staff is friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions.

First time in today - Dr. Jenna was both thorough and knowledgeable! I feel like I know more about my eye health than I ever did before. She was able to assess my known issues immediately while making recommendations for key indicators of glaucoma that I had never known about. I went out and bought some sunglasses and will be taking steps to prevent this issue. I found their front desk team very friendly and accommodating as well. Jakeem and Jason were awesome to work with. Took my measurements, helped me with my frame adjustments and got me in and out better and faster than anywhere else I've experienced. Will be back!

Dr Jenna and her staff are exceptional. They worked me in for a last-minute visit. Dr Jenna made me feel like the most important patient that she had. She took time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner. She called to relay some lab results. I missed the call and I called back and left a message. She called back after hours that same day to make sure to alleviate any concerns and stress that I was undergoing. I can't thank her enough for the first class treatment that I received.

I really appreciate the positive experience I had - staff were always friendly and courteous. I'm very happy with the services received. I especially want to thank Elizabeth who went above and beyond - she was so kind to go out of her way to help me - thank you! I highly recommend this place for your eye care needs.
