I haven't been able to receive any prescription because the doctor insist on more unnecessary tests that our two insurance companies will not pay for. I can't afford hundreds of dollars for these tests. Now I must wait another year for a new exam.

The front desk ladies are absolutely lovely.
But my favorite is definitely the lovely and stylish lady who helped me pick out my glasses! She immediately knew that I loved funky and interesting glasses and spent so much time making sure I got exactly what I wanted!

People stay away with it. Very bad experience. The staff are mean and rush at the reception. When I arrived, she tell me my insurance are cover for the exam. Then she give me a paper to sign and this is about the contacts exam. When I try to ask questions about this exams, She act so impatiently and loud. Then...at the end she charge me extra for the contacts exam. I was like...eh? At the beginning I just want a glass exam, so this is a trick that make people to do the contacts exam so they can charge more?

I had an eye exam with Dr. Pryritz on Friday. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained things well and answered all of my questions. The receptionist lady was very nice and friendly. There was also a very fashionable & sweet lady that helped me with my frames. I believe her name was Marina. She was super sweet!

I have worked in customer service for years and my experience was top notch & very professional. I hate that I didn't get everyone's name but the woman who went over my health and medical history, Dr. Chen, and Gage provided a very pleasant experience.

The staff at prime eyecare are top notch. I'm mean the Office is nice. The front people are nice. The lady showing you. The lenses are nice. Everyone is the way you need for them to be when visiting a new office I will be returning every year and getting my glasses for my prescription they are from now on the lady who shows the frames is a woman from my heart. I sure hope they get some frames that I just squeal over.
