The place is always clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the eye doctors are very professional. This place has been my only eye care site for years now and honestly I don't see any reason to switch to another eye care team at this time. The service is excellent. I recommend.

This is a excellent office. The providers over the last twenty years and office staff are professional, knowledgeable and current with treatments related to eye conditions. I highly recommend the office as not only courteous but rigorous in hygiene in equipment and office instruments.

Welcoming staff and thorough care. They make sure to know my vision benefits. Dr Baier is great, she explains all her findings and is happy to answer questions. Marina is our favorite experienced optician for ordering and fitting eyewear.

The exam and the procedures were thorough. However, I would have liked to have seen the results of the changes through the machine on my face at the end of the procedure. It would have given me an advance knowledge of what glasses will look like.

The staff are nice, polite and professional, so is Dr. Chen. He is patient with my mom (87yr old) who is hard of hearing. He answers her questions with respect and kindness. There's another the doctor there, but they're not our physician.

Dr. Baier and the staff at Prime Eye Care - Clarendon are wonderful and I highly recommend. Everyone at the office was very friendly and professional. Everyone was so welcoming and hospitable! I absolutely loved Dr. Eric -- he was very accommodating, gentle, and excellent during my eye exam. All the staff were amazing, respectful, and kind. I'd give them a 1000 out of 10 rating!

Ten stars for Dr. Karly Baier specifically. She diagnosed a persistent eye issue I've dealt with since childhood that every other eye doctor has missed -- including another doctor at this office (who has since retired). Dr. Baier takes the time to refine prescriptions, not just dial up the strength every year and chalk it up to age. She's personable, happy to answer questions, and never condescending or dismissive. The rest of the practice has room for improvement. They don't accept online payments, and while they recently started offering electronic paperwork, the staff hasn't started reading it before the appointment. The optician center has a modern, stylish assortment of frames (much more so than the Mesa office) befitting the neighborhood demographic, but I've found it's significantly easier and cheaper to order from third-party stores online rather than driving across town for every order, pickup, and adjustment. The reception staff seem to have improved in the last year or so, which is encouraging. Dr. Baier has my loyalty forever, but with some adjustments, this office could be truly great.
