I've gone to Primera Vista Optical for my last two eye exams. Ernie & his team are phenomenal. They walked me through every step in their process. They helped me select multiple frames to choose from (I got the Ray-Ban's two years in a row). Explained all the technical aspects of my lenses. They even had my contact lenses in stock at their shop - other places I've gone to ALWAYS have to special order them. I was able to walk out, the same day I got my exam, being able to see clearly with my new prescription! I would definitely recommend PVO for all your eye care needs.

The problem was my optometrist in Michigan gave me the wrong prescription and Dr. Campbell solved my issues. He is incredibly thorough. I'm obsessed with the folks at this business because they truly care. Prior to finding them, I went to 4 different eye docs in the PHX area, and they all became frustrated with how hard I was to fit with progressives. Ernie, the owner of Primera Vista made it very clear they'd do whatever it took to find me the right Rx. It took a few tries and two different docs, but he and his team really came thru! I've been back for 3 more pairs! Can't thank Ernie, Tere, and Carla enough for the phenomenal and personable service!

What can I say the whole crew was wonderful from the nice ladies greeting me helping me find lenses to Ernest who went above and beyond and a wonderful optometrist. They even found my insurance carrier I wasn't sure I had for optical and saved me hundreds of dollars. This is the best optical center in the world, I use to live in Michigan and the optical center there couldn't get my prescription right for nothing I tried wearing my glasses for two years and I still couldn't get use to my glasses; I have chronic sinuses that causes facial pressure and blurred vision and bad headaches but now since I've went to Primera vista optical my chronic sinus problems went away and I'm use to my glasses also the staff there are remarkable and I really appreciate everything they do thank you all so much Dante Towns....

Picked up my glasses a week ago and they gave me some spray cleaner and a rag to use to clean them and the first time using it my brand new glasses are scratched!!! $800 glasses and 1st time cleaning them and they scratch!!! What kind of garbage is this? I'm extremely mad!!! Then they don't call back!!! Really unbelievable and disappointed!!!
