After waiting 1.5 hours after my appt time to be seen for 10 min was not worth the wait. I wish I could give it zero stars. They had way too many patients. I felt like we were cattle going from room to room. The Doctor seemed rushed even though he did answer my questions (with attitude). His assitant did not say anything. She typed the whole time which is fine but her extremly longs nails clickty clacking on the keyboard was very distracting. I overheard heard two assistants talking negatively about a patients name and making fun of this patient. The only thing good about the place was at least people smiled even if it was fake.

I've needed on going treatment for Diabetic Retinopathy with Macular Edema and Dr. Jalalizadeh and his staff are truly the best! He's knowledgeable and caring and explains diagnosis and treatment in a way that's easy to understand. His staff is caring and friendly, and I always feel like my eyes and vision are in great hands at RCA. 10/10 for doctor, staff and facility!

I have been seeing Dr. Mehta for many years with an unusual autoimmune disease that affects my retinas. He was the one to diagnose the problem, and he has been absolutely amazing in doing what is necessary and working with other doctors to save my eyesight. So far there is little to no loss of vision, and I can expect this to continue with his professional skill and care. I highly recommend Dr. Mehta.

I'm impressed with Dr. Goldenberg and would like to continue to see him. However, both times I've seen him, he has said to schedule in 4 weeks and he has not had an appointment available for 6-8 weeks, and not in either of the two locations closest to my home. Yesterday I had to drive an hour into downtown and back again after a shot in my eye. I was offered to see another doctor at 4 weeks out, so I took that appointment, but I don't think overbooking is a system that provides optimum care.

Dr. Quinlan is wonderful, and the entire staff is professional and very pleasant. The only issue is the long waiting time. This must be due to an unrealistic number of patients scheduled and should be corrected. A two-hour wait is totally unreasonable.
