I was visiting AZ for a cataract surgery consult from out of state- My surgeon suspected a retina detachment and Dr Danesh was kind enough to work me into his schedule the very next day to assess it. It was such a relief to get an answer quickly, as we could not proceed with my cataract surgery if my retina was detached. Dr. Danesh was so kind and reassuring, was able to assess my eye quickly and painlessly, despite the complication of my large cataract, and found no retina detachment. Perhaps because I do not have medical insurance, he also saw to it that I was only charged for the ultrasound needed, and the price was incredibly reasonable, which was a huge help as this visit was an unexpected expense. A thousand thanks to Dr Danesh for helping out an anxious stranger from out of town. I can now proceed with my surgery knowing all is well.

Dr. Danesh was outstanding in his diagnosis, treatment, and follow up care of my vision. I was terrified of losing my sight due to a retinal detachment and his calm professional demeanor put me immediately at ease. The procedure was smooth, the results perfect. I could not be happier with the entire event. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Danesh and his team, they made a very scary situation easier to get through and resolved it to my complete satisfaction.

I was referred to Dr. Danesh from one of his colleagues for the removal of an epiretinal membrane.My vision was constantly distorted and blurred due to the membrane covering the retina. The only solution for this is surgical removal. I felt I was in very capable hands and with someone who has a high level of surgical skill. Following the healing, it was such a relief not seeing blurred vision daily. I would definitely recommend Dr. Danesh when you are considering invasive eye surgery.

My wife was experiencing some changes in her vision so she called her specialist, Dr. Conway and was seen in her office where we learned she had a detached retina. Having researched the symptoms, we thought a detached retina may be the cause of her vision changes. Hearing the diagnosis was concerning to say the least. Dr. Conway and staff acted quickly to get an urgent appointment with Dr. Danesh. He was at the Union Hills office location and would see us right away. We drove to his office and he did a full evaluation on my wife. Sure enough, detached retina that needed immediate surgical intervention. He explained the procedure and told us everything was going to be just fine. We met with a surgery scheduler and then left right away to the surgical center for the procedure. Dr. Danesh performed the surgery and met with us after explaining that everything went well and we received the after care instructions. It has been a little over 2 weeks since the surgery and my wife is healing and recovering. We have seen Dr. Danesh twice since the surgery and he said everything looks great. It is healing like it should and the procedure was a success. We know there is still some time to determine overall healing and restoration, but we could not be more pleased with Dr. Danesh and his excellent surgical skills. We are amazed by the technology and the ability to repair such sensitive areas in the eye. AMAZING! Thank you to Dr. Danesh and his great team for taking such great care of my wife. We greatly appreciate you. Thank you for making the time to see my wife and do surgery to repair the damage all in the same day. It was a bit of a whirlwind, but we are so grateful for the outcome. The eyes are nothing you want to mess around with and you may not even have ever known that there are physicians that specialize in things that you never knew you would ever need, until it happens. In addition to Dr. Danesh, we also appreciative Dr. Conway entrusting the care of my wife to Dr. Danesh and comforting my wife and I in our time of concern. THANK YOU.. just does not seem enough.

This is a VERY professional and effective care provider, Dr Danesh is excellent at explaining the issue and providing options. The staff are great, the appointments (3) have always been on-time, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice. Not sure about those who rated 1-star, but the practice addressed the complaints (unlike most Dr), and my experience has been nothing but positive and professional.

Dr. Danesh is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met. He diagnosed my problem in five minutes after I had seen several other retina doctors and they couldn't find anything wrong. Surgery was going to be very delicate since it consisted of removing the lens I had put in after cataract surgery. He listens to you and does not rush you. He is very knowledgeable and I feel brilliant in his field. My insurance approved the surgery with him being out-of-network but he still is more concerned over my well being than worrying about the money. I TOTALLY trust him and his commitment to his patients is to be commended. I even called him on a Sunday morning when I woke up and something just didn't seem right with my vision. I didn't get "make an appointment". I was told to come in right now and he met me at his office! When you become his patient he is very committed to you. I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff. Dr Danesh has been treating my son for almost a year with diabetic retinopathy. He is compassionate, kind and explains everything to where we can understand it. Fantastic doctor.

Dr. Danesh is a true professional. My Retina detached twice with a previous Retina surgeon and she instilled zero confidence. I left the oil in my eye fur almost a year because the prior surgeon said I had a 30% chance of it detaching again. Dr. Danesh made me feel 100% confident in his ability to remove oil. When he was revolving oil, the retina was already detaching again. He repaired it along with cleaning up a membrane that needed attention. He said it as 98% not going to detach again after he went in. Now that's confidence I can get behind. Been coming back to check in for months and all is well.
