I really do hope that this review reaches management or ownership because this experience was abysmal at best. An appointment was made for my son for today at 2:40 pm. I went in and the woman at the front desk said the last appointment for the day was at 2. She didn't even have my sons information in the system, so she said. I left but immediately went back in because I knew she was wrong. I have the text messages from their business. As I was speaking to her she was looking in the system again and changed the appointment date, time and location then sent another text message as if I wouldn't notice. She must think I'm stupid. This change occurred as I was speaking to her and she was "checking the system". Mind you, I had to take off work, pick up my son and drive over an hour to make the appointment. Below are text messages I received from your business. I've since calmed down from this obvious incompetence and inconvenience but still feel this employee needs reprimanded.
