The Village Eye Works

Nice place nice owners I came in twice one for a screw and then again for replace a nose pad they ended up replacing both pads for free and the screw was free to and I asked the lady about if they could clean the lens and they wiped it down for me and even gave me a cloth and cleaning lends! Nice people.

The Village Eye Works was highly recommended to me by friends in the optical business and I must say that the kind and extensive service I received there vastly exceeded the glowing praises of my friends. I stopped in both locations multiple times, meeting both Steph and Bob. They are both incredibly helpful and patient. I know that I spent a great deal of time choosing frames and discussing options. This went on over multiple visits and I'm sure they both remember me as a very demanding customer. I also made significant changes to the order twice, after lenses had been already made. Bob and Steph were understanding and very considerate. They are the reason this business is so special. I could not possibly ask for anything more. In a business that's highly competitive with many other options in town, there is a very compelling reason to choose Village Eye Works. That reason is the people there and the outstanding service you will find. I know that I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Truly an incredible atmosphere. The Village Eye Works is by far the best eyewear store I have been to. I have been to a few, as I like to get glasses once a year - and the people treat you like you matter. They have an incredible section and provide you with only the best lens options along with great branded frames.

What a fantastic find! I was blown away by the customer service, the high end selection of frames and the speed at which they completed my glasses in. When I put my new glasses on, my reaction was "holy c*%p". This is by far the best pair of glasses I have ever owned in 40 plus years of wearing them. I bought the MYKITA frames and while not cheap, are well worth the investment. Do yourself a favor and visit the Village Eye Works.

Update: Village Eye Works is open during these strange Covid times. Walked in with my mask on and they fixed my frames in the spot. Thank you! Bob and Stephanie are always helpful with demanding needs. I've knocked, scratched, and busted up a few pairs of glasses and they have taken great care of me. When my glasses start to hurt my ears or nose, they adjust them perfectly. Thank you! Parking is easy and close to a Cartel coffee if you are need or have to wait.

We love this Stephen and her staff. They have the best selection of Eyewear you can't find other places that are unique and forward in style along with more traditional but unique frames.

Superb rotating designer collection for the discriminating customer. Great customer service. I've been a client for 14 yrs and purchased at least 8 new frames. Every experience keeps me coming back.
