I've seen many eye doctors over the past 50 years, but Dr. Bessie Campouris is next level. The new office is modern and welcoming, with convenient scheduling. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highest quality treatment and you can tell Dr. Campouris truly cares about her patients. Even had some fun while I had to wear an eye patch. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Personalized Service and Knowledgeable Care - Dr. Campouris is very knowledgeable and provides the personalized care that is often absent from the medical profession. She makes recommendations and provides patient-focused advice and diagnoses. This is far and away better than going to an eye care facility in the mall. She was able to help our daughter with some unusual contact lens requirements, which led us to also get our eye exams with Dr. Campouris. We live in the east end of Mesa and find it worthwhile to visit her office in Phoenix.

Dr Bessie Campouris is hands down, the best optometrist I've ever been to. She's extremely knowledgeable and so sweet. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Her staff was really friendly as well. (They also had fun glasses to choose from!)

Went to Total Eyecare Center today for routine eye exam. Was quite impressed with office staff and Dr. Bessie Campouris. I will return for my my next eye exam and told my wife about my great experience and suggested she also make an appointment for her eye exam at this location. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I went in for a eye and contact exam on August 16, 2018 super excited that I had my insurance and could get new contacts. Dr Holle was really friendly and I have nothing against him. I was told that they would order me a trial pair of contacts and 2 weeks went by and I had heard nothing. I called in and the front desk lady let me know that no one had ordered anything, so I asked if they could order me the trial I was told about and she said okay. 2 more weeks went by and it is now a month later and I call again and she tells me we don't have anything but we can order them in. So I just cancel everything with them because at this point I am totally upset with this business. I was transferred to two different people in the office and they both told me I was charged two different amounts. They tried to blame me because I didn't get them my previous eye contact prescription which I never was told I had to do? Then I was told to contact my insurance and my insurance ended up having to call them at the office to fix this mess they created. Worst experience ever!!!

I've been going to see Dr. Holle for quite some time, over 5 years now I believe. His staff is friendly and so attentive. Dr. Holle himself is thorough, kind, explains everything, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. Jessica at the front desk will make you feel comfortable and take care of all your needs when it comes time to getting contact refills, insurance paperwork or even just scheduling. She's great! Gary is another fabulous person Dr. Holle has on staff, taking you through each test and examination like a pro. He's attentive and sweet, paying attention to the little details (like cleaning my glasses when he goes to check the prescription strength or warning you about the puff of air likely to surprise you with the testing machines). Overall, I've been extremely pleased with my experiences at Total Eyecare Center and would recommend them to anyone in the Paradise Valley area near their Tatum and Shea location.

Dr.Holle is great! He makes a point to explain things and any time I had any questions, he listened to understand, not to just respond. He answered all of my questions, and when I left I was blown away by how much attention he put into my eye exam. I'm grateful for my experience, and I never thought I'd say that about a doctors visit.

After being referred by a friend, I've been going to Dr. Holle since early 2000 and have never had anything less than perfect service! I wear contacts and glasses and have had other issues such as redness/irritation and a Posterior Vitreous (when Dr. Holle sent me home with his cell number in the event of any issues over night). I have referred several friends to Total Eye Care...they all still go here and they LOVE Dr. H. and his staff. At a time when it seems impossible to get quality health care anywhere else, I'm glad to know that I don't have to worry about my eye care!
