I love love love this eye doctors. After a terrible experience at another optometrists in 2025, I felt really strongly that I didn't want to be diagnosed by a technician (who completely missed my astigmatism!!) and wanted to actually speak with an OD given my high prescription (-8.00). Dr K was amazing - he caught my astigmatism without me mentioning anything, and he also took a lot of care in conducting the exams for eye health, including a retina screening. He was incredibly patient as I asked a series of questions about my high prescription. I didn't feel rushed in and out at all. Josh on the front desk was also SO knowledgeable and patient as I called him multiple times to ask MANY questions about what testing they do for the eye exams. It's clear the team here really values their patients and have a lot of pride in what they do. On top of that, they suggested a new contact lens brand which would be hundreds of dollars cheaper for me over the course of a year, as well as a rebate with that manufacturer. The lenses are even better than my old ones and I have peace of mind over my eye health. Long review because I'm so grateful to the team here. Their online scheduling is super convenient, and they see you almost immediately upon arriving. I will be recommending them to all my coworkers and friends!

As a new patient of Urban Eyecare the level of service and care I received was exceptional The specialists at the front desk were very knowledgeable explaining details about the prescription in my current lens all while prepping me for my visit. I love this place. Great eye doctor with the latest and greatest technology. Great communication skills. Straight forward. The sales staff were also great. Josh was great and the frames were stylish and had great warranties.

I have been coming here for about 4 or 5 years now. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Dr K is always welcoming and professional. I love getting my eye exams done here as I get to really see what is going on with my eyes (with explanations from Dr K ). The glasses choices are always fun! I have gotten so many compliments on every frame I have purchased through them, and the frames last a long time. I highly recommend this location

I live in the neighbnorhod and my husband has been a long-time client at Urban Eyecare, but I haven't needed their services - until today, when I started experiencing flashing out of nowhere in my right eye. I walked in to see if there were any appointments available today, and they got me in immediately for an evaluation that was both professional and caring. We are so lucky to have this great healthcare provider in Downtown Phoenix!

Omg I love this office so much! Due to my work schedule I was unable to make it during the week as I didn't plan it in time totally my fault and I had to go to a target optical which supposedly had good reviews but let me tell you the experience was horrific!! We are definitely spoiled at Dr. Ks office because my standards were so high walking in and I was mortified leaving that office. It def made me appreciate Dr. K and all the employees from this location even more!! The customer service is AMAZING they make you feel so comfortable don't push to buy expensive contacts/frames! They literally are the best!! Always feel so pampered and happy leaving this office! Josh is amazing sent him a quick text with my prescriptions and he explained the breakdown of my what my insurance covered and my out of pocket cost and had my contacts ordered within minutes! Super helpful!
