The staff was very helpful, my optometrist was excellent, and getting the glasses was easy. Great clinic.

I have had great service at this clinic. I had an eye exam with my optometrist on Friday, scheduled and called for optical shop appointment to pic out my glasses and got one the next Monday at 8:00 AM. Good to go. Glasses get delivered in about 5 days usually. very happy.

Why is it that all the veterans in the east valley have to go all the way to the northwest area in Phoenix, for a vision exam. That is 72 miles for me to travel. When is the VA going to start supporting the east valley veterans? The SE Clinic has very little in services while the VA keeps building new clinics in the west and northwest, leaving the east valley empty

Worthless VA optical place with no communication with one another. I was informed of walk-ins from 8-11 and 1-4. So I come at 2 and the very old white women at the front desk said they don't do walk-ins after I wasted time and gas coming over here for nothing. VA doesn't really care for the vets if they can't see correctly and the old women didn't care to try to squeeze a vet in to get glasses and just said they can't take me today. That's how you know the system is failing, but employees like her don't seem to care and just want a paycheck at the end of the day.

I did not go over to the clinic last year after my eye exam. To far to drive when I live in the East valley. I just got my 2025 eye exam and I'm not sure about driving that far. Put some clinics in the East valley

I came in the morning today during walk-in hours (8-11am and after 1pm) for new glasses. The wait was not very long, and I was out within 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and I had a pleasant experience. Anthony helped me with my glasses, and he was very kind, informative, and helpful.

Why is the VA moving certain necessary medical needs to the North and West of Phoenix. Why can't they add some of them to the EAST VALLEY, that is prejudicial to the east valley people.

Cordial staff that are attentive to the needs of the patients. The chairs in the waiting room are the most comfortable I've ever come across in a clinic.
