Vision Care - Northern

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Had my eye exam performed on 09/22/17, I received my receipt with a different persons name and address-(1st red flag, but no big deal). I had to call Vision Care (2 weeks after my exam) to see if my glasses had come in yet (did I mention this was 2 weeks later?). They were there, but nobody called me. Excited, I took my glasses home, yayy I can finally see.....NO, they were not the right prescription. Went back, had another eye exam, Vision Care said it was the "material" that was giving me blurry type vision and they would change them out and call me. Today is 11/28/17, I have NO GLASSES and they are giving me the run-around about my refund of $214.00. I want to take my money to a reputable place, even a place that I can receive my glasses the next day. THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHIC!!! I will be handling this on a different level, but at least now, if you read this review, you are aware.....DO NOT GO THERE!!! I had to give at least one star to post this, I would take stars away if I could. Very Frustrating!!

The staff was great until I needed to return a pair of glasses that were not what I wanted. They didn't fit like The pair from The shelf and were performed. But I made The mistake of taking them home and trying them. When I went back, The girl there told me to pick out a new pair. I did. They were $ 100 cheaper. She said she would leave a message with manager and I would be credited the money. Long story shorter. Zack called me and said I would not get my money back. I made a meeting to meet with them for a week away. He called me 1/2 hour before our meeting and said he couldn't make it. He gave me some other time or we could talk on phone.... bad customer service. I told him so and that I would never be back. And would give a bad review. Curious how long this will stay up.

Both of the doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. And when it comes to picking up frames they are very helpful and they have super good prices. Not to mention Charles, he is AWESOME! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, all of the Vision Care team are just wonderful!

Got my glasses this month at the Best place in Phoenix, AZ (possibly the World!). From the receptionist who took my call to the amazing IZZY who fitted me exceptionally well and all the rest of you Wonderful folks, Doc who examined me and all who gave your Most Professional opinions for the best look for me! THANK YOU and GOD BLESS

A big thank you to Zach and the friendly team at Vision Care AZ for making the intimidating process of getting glasses for the first time a breeze. Couldn't have been a better place to choose the right frames as well as learn some really interesting things during my eye exam. Thanks a ton guys!

Had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Young and especially the manager Charles- he is so fun to work with and talk to! I looked forward to going back because they made is such a great and professional experience. You must see Charles while there- worth it!

Was very upset that vision care was letting go of there staff and not rehiring at new stores!! I know they could have not made a $500.00 sale without the great staff that they have at this store!! Sham on vision care!!, I hope they at least get a good last paycheck with bonus for there great work.

Friendly staff, well knowledge nice stock of lens frames, quick and fast service.
