Recently went in for an eye exam and two pairs of glasses. The exam staff was very efficient and had me squared away relatively quickly. Maranda was very helpful while I shopped for frames, providing several options and giving honest feedback on fitment and style. When my order was ready for pickup, Anna did a wonderful job of getting me set up. She was very knowledgeable and patient while answering all of my questions, making me feel better about the experience. Top notch customer service. They were so friendly and welcoming as well as super helpful! They were kind enough to clean my current glasses and replaced the nose piece I had lost on them to hold me over until my new glasses are ready to be picked up! They even helped me to pick pairs of frames and lenses that would suit my face as well as bring out my eye color. Definitely hands down one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to getting new glasses! I definitely will be going back to this location in the future!

Talk about waiting until the last minute... December 31 at 5 PM to get much-needed eyeglasses! Despite the timing, the experience at Visionworks was great.
