I was in an out quicker than i thought. They were great and so friendly. I bonded with one of the employees and she helped me choose a pair of glasses when i just couldnt decide. She saw what i was interested on so she gave me more options. She didnt push me to choose she left me alone to choose then when i struggled she approached me and said what have u liked so far n we went from there. 3 minutes later i had my choice when i was taking over 20 minutes to decide. So helpful. N the doctor did what he had to so quickly. I was in an out as a walking. Loved the experience.

I've been a visionworks customer over 18 year's and I've never had an bad experience. Customer service has always been great. They've always given me great deals for good quality frames and lenses and also on contacts. I've seen many staff come and go and every last one of them were great and knowledgeable.

Have mix feeling about this location. First time I went in it was fabulous, the young lady was quick and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and extremely helpful. She helped my mother and I. Pleasant young lady and patient!
But the last two times whole different experience... older lady with a mask she was a MESS! KEPT FALLING ASLEEP! Took her 2HOURS to get us a price for my husband glasses. She over priced the glasses and included things we did NOT ask. She order the wrong frame for my son. Not sure why Visionwork keeps her. She on something! Could NOT keep her eye open and kept switching between tablet to computer could not work neither
DO NOT HAVE STACEY HELP YOU! Unless you have ALL DAY and you half asleep and wrong glass order.

Worst location. Don't come here. They never have a clue what calendar year means. Never have trials in stock. They've NEVER been helpful. It's always been a disappointment coming here. The doctors are always hiding from their patients because they don't want to deal with the questions. ITS HORRIBLE HERE!

It was my first time getting an eye exam done since I was a little girl. The whole staff were great, and the sales lady that helped me find my framed took the time to check my insurance to see what my allowance was and then stayed within that range and helped me find not just the affordable frames, but also the ones with an affordable out of pocket price for me, including the specific lenses that I need. I appreciate the whole staff.

I ordered some glasses a couple weeks ago and use my insurance as well as paid almost $400 in cash when I went to pick them up today they were huge bifocals. They look like Coke bottles. The sales person which happened to be the manager never explained this to me and Then told me if I wanted them not to look like that that I would have to have progressive, which would be another $265. Unbelievable! So now my eyeglass benefit for this year cannot be used because they will not be able to refund it in time. And they still owe me almost $400 cash that needs to be refunded to me. I was looking forward to having new glasses because I am going away for Christmas. Very very disappointed and all she could say was uh huh. Now it will have to be another two months before I get new glasses couldn't give me any reason why nothing was explained to me. Would not recommend.
