I have been going for many years here. It really helps to have the same optometrist for as long as possible. This is something I learned from the optometrist here that has been proven true.
I went in to have a pair of glasses adjusted that I knew hadn't been purchased from this store and they were so kind as to do it for me. Sam helped me a lot and I really appreciated her because she had them fixed so fast. They did have the caveat that they weren't responsible if they were broke which I totally understand but the fact that they were able to do that and do it free was so very nice.
If you want great service a great selection of classes and an optometrist that doesn't move from store to store this is the place to go. I have bought glasses from the store in the past it just so happened I had a pair from a different place this time when I went. So stop in if you want friendly folks we'll really help you. I highly recommend. Five star store.

I have bought 3 pairs of glasses from here. The last 2 times were full price without insurance. I've only had my glasses for 8 months and the spring already came out, and now they are broke. It's ridiculous there is not anything in place for warranty on just the glasses. I think it's really messed up to make me buy a new pair when they are only 8 months old. The staff didn't seem to help much and just told me that either I pay another $80 again or they can't help. It's really disheartening and sucks to buy something but not be offered anything to help in case they break. Will not be using this location ever again.

Doctor was rude and rushed the whole exam. Front desk staff not knowledgeable at all and wanted to charge extra for the exam. You'd ask them a question and they just stare at you like you're talking to a wall.
