I had an amazing experience with Vision Ware! The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. My eye exam was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.
Picking out and purchasing my glasses was just as great -- they helped me find a pair that fits perfectly and looks great. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their service.

Dr. Kay was so nice and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right contacts so I can see better than I ever have. Also the ladies at the other desks were very nice, and went above and beyond to help me understand the costs associated with the different contacts and glasses I picked out and how to best utilize my insurance. They have a very wide selection of glasses to choose from and at different price points. I had no trouble finding several pairs I loved. In addition they were able to take my current reading glasses and replace the lens for me since they had scratches. I have already recommended this location to my husband and coworkers, and this will be my go-to place for all future eye care needs. Thank you!

Lindzy Mitchell was such an amazing optician and person as well.
I coincidentally was on my way to buy new glasses, and had an allergic reaction on the way drive to visionworks which caused my eyes to be ridiculously dry and itchy.
As soon as I got there I mentioned that I was uncomfortable and she immediately offered me a contact case and solution.
Once that issue was resolved and I started to look for a new frame, I asked Lindzy if she would give me her opinion on how different frames looked on me and what styles she thought would work with my overall style, and she was more than happy to help me.
Lindzy made my experience fantastic, she was very patient, helpful, and kind. Great experience end-to-end!

My eye exam was rescheduled twice without explanation. When I finally secured an appointment and drove in, I was told it had been scheduled for a different time. The experience reflected poor customer service and a clear lack of respect from the staff. Overall, it was a significant waste of time and left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly treated, to the point that it felt discriminatory.

This Visionworks has a caring and knowledgeable staff. Brianna explained the paperwork completely, and Payton explained each step of the pre-testing for my eye exam. Dr. Kaye listened to my questions and needs. She gave suggestions but did not pressure me to purchase anything. I did buy a pair of glasses for nighttime driving and Mike assisted, totally explaining the cost of the frames and lens with choice of coatings and explained what my insurance would pay. My final bill was not a surprise.This was the first time going to Visionworks on Mayo Blvd. And I will return next year.
