Walmart Vision & Glasses

This review is long overdue. I ordered my glasses from Rachel who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I had a problem with my prescription and they were very prompt and professional at taking care of my problem. The whole staff is very well trained under the guidance of the manager, Linard. I would highly recommend using this vision center, which is on the corner of 19th Ave. and Bell Road, because they will treat you right and you will be a happy customer ! Update: I can't seem to keep my glasses from getting out of adjustment, but Linard it's always happy to readjust them for me, not that there's anything wrong with my frames. It's just I'm hard on them and I appreciate him adjusting my glasses when I get them out of adjustment.

Everyone was amazing at this vision center. I took my grandma to this location a while back while I was visiting, Rachael and Kota went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. Now that I'm back in town she was telling me how happy she was with her glasses that she's been able to read her books and watch her show. Thank you all so much and God bless!

I went here looking to get my glasses fixed but I ended up getting a brand new pair because of the great prices. The service was great and quick I didn't have an appointment but I was able to get my test done and order a new pair of glasses within an hour. The doctor was cool and talked me throughout the eye exam and the optician Rachel was great she helped me pick out the glasses and recommended the right lenses that I needed after explaining the different types it was very helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service the glasses arrived in about a week. I definitely recommend going here!

I had the best experience at this vision center. Dr Campbell was phenomenal! Linard and his team helped me order my lenses, and it was a great experience! Will definitely be coming back.

Well, 15 my bank at the Walmart center on N. Lake Pleasant Parkway I took the opportunity to browse the vision center. While there Joseph gave me an entire rundown on the ins and outs of the company. In addition to you offering to adjust my glasses. Well, I have never purchased glasses from Walmart in the past I certainly will purchase them in the future,

This is the best experience I've had purchasing glasses. Dr. Campbell was great and efficient. I told him my concerns about my vision and he answered every question I had. Then I went to purchase my glasses and I was helped by an extremely nice young man named Nathan. He made sure to ask questions that helped me make decisions about my glasses. He recommended everything I would need based on my prescription and he didn't try to upsell me like most other optical places . I will be back to see Nathan and Dr. Campbell.

I visited today in hopes to have my broken glasses fixed. After learning they couldn't be and facing another expensive repair at an eye glass repair shop, Nathan could sense my desperation and suggested swapping out my lenses into an inexpensive frame. I hadn't even thought of that. He immediately started looking for me and within minutes was able to hand over a perfectly good pair of eyeglasses! And for only $17! Having the ability to go about my day with vision and glasses that aren't broken is something I don't take for granted. I really appreciate Nathan recognizing my immediate need and taking matters into his own competent hands. Delivering great customer service and provoking me to let everyone else know... this is a good place of business and I highly recommend it! Thanks Nathan

I spoke with Nathan about getting some eyeglasses for myself. This was some of the best top level service/experience l have ever received. Nathan gave me a great deal of knowledge that I never understood about Eyeglasses and eyes. He was very transparent and I look forward to working with him again!
