Walmart Vision & Glasses

Ada at the Walmart Vision Center 75th and Mcdowell, was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond for me and made what could have been a stressful situation feel quick and easy. You can tell she truly cares about people, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. I'm so grateful for her kindness and support. Thank you, Ada, for making my day and for taking such great care of me I will definitely be back!

Maybe it was a staffing issue that was the reason why the rep was not concerned about the waiting customers.. Renee I am sorry you had to work a Sunday alone in a HIGH traffic area but you made me feel overlooked, unheard and unimportant. I understand you were alone and looked overwhelmed but yet my experience let's me know that I am not the first nor the last customer you will treat this way.

I was helped by Ada, this beautiful lovely lady who was so sweet and helpful. She made me feel at ease and even helped me pick out some cute frames. Definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend being helped by Ada if you have that as an option! The process is quick and everyone makes you feel at home.

Hi my name is christine cordova a few days ago i picked up my glasses great experienceall the way around, I recently had to visit the vision center for my annual glasses, I had they best experience at this office, at 2020 N 75th ave. In phoenix, not only was the Doctor sweet and kind, and most friendly, so was the whole staff, as busy as they are, they still took the time to give a friendly smile and good conversation, the whole staff are an awesome team would like to also give a big thank u to Ronnie for being so awesome, she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and what I admired the most was she was so patient, and not once made me feel rushed or that i was annoying her, U are the coolest Ronnie, thank u for being such a nice lady u have such a kind heart, and Thank u to the whole team for being Amazing, I most definitely will recommend others to go to get there glasses there, Betty Thank u for being so sweet, you have beautiful energy, just by conversing with you, I could see you have such a good heart, you are just a sweet person. I will pop in just to say Hello, I felt like I was at home with friends. Thank u to all of this beautiful team for being so nice. Thank u walmart for having a great team..make sure they get recognized, for their hard work And for being amazing.

My appointment on eye test was amazing, the service and the doctor were super pleasant and amazing at what they do... but the service at receiving glasses was extraordinary... Betty + Dale went extra mile to adjust my glasses as my face isn't symmetrical... after wearing + buying glasses for 30 years i couldn't ask for better service, higher quality glasses + frames and wholesome experience TOP CLASS... THANK YOU

I came in needing my glasses adjusted, and Nadia helped me right away. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure my glasses fit comfortably before I left. Excellent service!
