Appt for eye exam was amazing and flawless. It's when you get to buy the glasses part that lets you down. They have prices on the glasses but when you go to pay it's actually higher than on the price tag. Saul who helped me was very condescending. I asks for the price on the tag same I purchased 2 glasses and this pair should be $272 not $298 and I received 35% off. Saul stated either I get 35% off or $20 off. Even though he agreed that it should be $272. And also when I rejected some of the add-ons for my son, he made rude remarks like it's only $20 to add on after I rejected twice. I just didn't appreciate them having 2 different prices on 2 glasses and not honoring the price. Just be careful and review the prices of everything. Again the eye dr and that portion was easy. Just the purchasing of the glasses.

I did not know WalMart offered to repair, clean, or adjust your glasses, regardless where they are from, for FREE!!!! Augie, the manager at this location, was a delight to work with. He was very informative, fast, and all around kind. He repaired both of my glasses in only a few minutes and ensured they were perfect!!! I hope to not need to go back anytime soon, but if I do have to go - hopefully Augie will be there to assist!!! 5/5 experience.
