Walmart Vision & Glasses

My glasses were loose , and Vanessa did an exceptional job at fixing them. She was so nice, and sweet. Would definitely come here again!

Let me start off by saying, I didn't know anything that was affiliated with Walmart could be so good. I was shocked. The girls running this store are absolutely AMAZING. Vanessa, Rylee and Candy are who I dealt with. They are so helpful, friendly and actually care. Like what? Employees that care and go above and beyond? That's unheard of. The optometrist is a very nice man and very thorough and does very good eye exams. I did have a problem with the first lenses I received but, I don't blame the store. I blame the lense manufacturer. The ladies helped me with that. They were very kind and offered me solutions immediately. They even upgraded the material of my 2nd set of lenses for the trouble. I'm not even joking when I say this. If every store and business had a staff like the ones at this place, the world would be so much nicer and easier. There was another girl who helped too but I feel horrible I can't remember her name. She had a mask on because someone had a cold and she has a brand new baby and didn't want to bring it home. TMI? Maybe, but that's the only way I can say who she is because I don't remember her name. So I had 4 of the girls help me over 2 weeks, and they all helped each time, and they are GREAT ppl to deal with. Again, TOTALLY blown away that customer service like this exists. Almost make me wanna go back & get more glasses. Anyhow Kandi, Rylee and Vanessa, thank you SO MUCH for restoring my faith in customer service. Anthony.

Candi is really the best! Best customer service also she is an expert when it comes to getting lenses for some unique frames! Mines were Oakley and she figured out how make the lenses fit perfect to my frame! All around very happy and great staff that always ready to help.

Absolutely love this place!!! affordable, honest, great sense of community. Every time I come here I'm always greeted by Vanessa whether I'm coming in to pick up my contacts or just passing by. This always makes me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to settle on getting glasses or contacts.

Karla and Vanessa are very kind and friendly, but beyond that very professional. I walked in in a panic because my kids had banned my glasses And Karla Was able to adjust my frames and also applied new nose pads ? My glasses feel so much better than before my kids bent them. I applaud you Karla for your awesome work thank you for caring about your patients in the community.

This is the first time I have visited this Walmart vision center and was helped by Vanessa. Not only was she helpful in helping me with my eyeglasses but very friendly and welcoming. I've been to plenty of Walmart vision centers and this has been my favorite thus far. I will definitely be back once it's time for my eye exam.

I had such a great experience with Vanessa while purchasing my sunglasses. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and took the time to explain everything clearly. She walked me through the benefits of my prescription and how my insurance coverage applied toward my sunglasses. I left feeling confident in my purchase and well taken care of. Highly recommend Vanessa if you're looking for excellent service and knowledge!
