Clasik Vision Care

This was my first visit to Clasik Vision and I was glad I made the appointment at this business. From the moment I stepped into the office I was treated by friendly faces and smiles . I felt comfortable and at ease. This group of women were wonderful and extremely helpful from check in to picking out glasses. The doctor was no different-he was careful to make sure I understood everything he was explaining and I do appreciate that. This was a great experience.

Everyone and I mean everyone at this Clasik location is fantastic! From making an appointment to pre-exam to exam and paying for services. The customer service and care is unmatched. I have never visited this place before, I had an issue with my eyes and called because they are close to my house. They gave me an appointment instantly, accepted my insurance and were amazing with everything. Dr Darcy Jones was also amazing, I didn't have to wait long to see her and she got right to the issue and explained how we can fix it. Thank you all. Vladimir deserves the 5 stars. I don't usually give reviews.

I've been coming to this office for years for my annual eye exam and testing. I love that they can perform imaging instead of eye dilation. I've had some blepharitis and minor dry eye that is being monitored. The technicians always perform testing immediately so that the doctors can review my test results throughly with me during the appointment, answer my questions and give me recommendations. All the staff is knowledgeable, it's easy to make appointments and they handle all my billing through insurance. They are up front about pricing and review everything with you. We're trying a new eye drop and they made getting the prescription so easy. I also got some glasses for the first time. They spent so much time with me helping pick up the perfect frames and they also have additional options for blue light blocking and UV protection. I'm excited to pick up my glasses once they arrive. There have been a few hiccups over the years, but anytime I bring up concerns they work to correct immediately. They are always kind and professional. I appreciate that very much.

The people who I've interacted with here are always professional, kind, and accommodating. I feel like I'm in good hands. The glasses are a little pricier than box store offerings, but it's worth it to me. This is the first place that converted me to progressives after trying others for over five years before finding this place. The glasses are great. The staff has always been wonderful. I really enjoy the experience and believe it's definitely worth coming back.
