Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Short wait time to see doctor. Dr. Patel is a very kind and professional doctor, very easy to talk to. She went over the results of my tests and answered all my questions. I feel very confident that I am getting the best care for my vision.

Dr Patel and her staff are wonderful! They were on time and very personable. I got just the right amount of good natured grief when I did something stupid (I wrote things on my vision prescription). They printed a new one for me. I love these guys.

They take care of my eyes. They have taken care of my glaucoma and reduced my eye pressure back to almost normal. I highly recommend their services.drs are freindly and informative.i am completely satisfied with the care I receive.

Extremely disappointed! To get my eye prescription, I would have had to come back a second time to get no charge. So I paid the $65 charge. Then to find out they don't fulfill the glasses there. No frames nothing! Find a place that does everything before you waste your time here!

Worst place and I've been seeing an eye doctor for 55 years! They gave me someone brand new that wasn't ready to be on her own yet to do a new prescription. It took her 10 minutes to read my current prescription and she finally had to go get help. My vision is terrible and she started me out on the machine as if I had 20/20. Normally an eye doctor would put into the eye prescription machine my current prescription and go from there to see if any change has occurred. I have a medical issue and I need a clean washroom that men haven't urinated on the rim. They have one washroom ONLY and it's for en and women. I explained my issue and why I needed a clean washroom and begged to use the one in back. It was a solid NO and she laughed. I can't put my hands in a dirty toilet to get a catheter in!!!!! Needless to say I walked out. While driving home I received a phone call asking if I was coming back. She then apologized and ensured me an office manager would be calling me back. That never happened. Terrible customer service!!!

The whole entire office is odd . Staff is rude to each other. The conversations I heard with my eyes closed . Crazy work environment. Doctor was nice but felt rushed and squeezed in . The girl with 1984 tattooed on her arm was rude and unpleasant with her co workers.

Always friendly helpful staff in all departments. Dr. Patel is very busy but if you have a question she stops to address your concern.Very knowledgeable and informative

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't needed any pain medication at all. I thank God for those involved with the surgery because I need my eyes lol. Thank You
