Accent on Vision, now part of MyEyeDr.

My family has been going to Accent on Vision for over 20 years. It's always busy but everybody has been super friendly. Today, I stopped in to pick up a new pair of contacts. They were busy, as usual. I had to sit for 30 minutes before I got up and asked the receptionist to see about my contacts. She went back to get them and handed to me all within 2 minutes - something she could have gotten up to do when there was nobody standing at her desk. I could have gotten up sooner and asked her about the contacts as I have never had to wait 30 minutes to get my contacts in the past and kick myself for wasting so much time before getting up and advocating for myself. Please get better training for your front desk assistants on customer service. There were numerous opportunities she could have helped me out.

I buy glasses here and do does my family. They have up to date styles plus great Eye Dr. I had 2 pairs of glasses made. One pair for golf didn't feel right on the course. Distorted my view. So they made me a new pair of lenses. Did an entire exam over again as well. All no charge! Now the glasses are just right. That's service.

I want to profusely thank Dr. Michael Zucker and his staff at Accent On Vision for the tremendous care they have provided me for so many years. In my estimation, there has been no finer vision and optical establishment than Accent On Vision. It is a true testament to Accent On Vision that they had so many patients and did so incredibly well over the years. That is not by chance, but for very good reason. To that end, Dr. Zucker always proved to be the consummate professional, taking care of me and my family in a manner that was caring, compassionate and exceptional no matter what my family needed. In fact, I actually looked forward to my appointments to see Dr. Zucker and have him attend to my vision needs. He is that good.and there is no better optometrist to be found. Anywhere. The quality of his product at Accent on Vision was beyond compare. The many pairs of glasses I purchased there were of the highest caliber and Dr. Zucker always ensured that he sold glasses at a fair price as well as he absolutely provided good value along with the quality of the product. Dr. Zucker and those at Accent On Vision stood behind every of classes I purchased or any vision procedures and examinations that I underwent. Importantly, my experience there over the years could not have been better without the assistance of Dr Zucker's staff with special warranted recognition needed to be given to Paloma who clearly helped Accent On Vision thrive and do so well for over the many years she has been there. Paloma is unparalleled and always proved to be incredibly helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and truly concerned about people's visions issues and how in particular each pair of glasses purchased would fit their individual style and needs. Paloma so many times gave me the absolute great advice that I needed in purchasing the glasses. But more importantly, she is always pleasant, engaging with a tremendous personality absolutely attentive to whatever we needed in our family. Paloma would follow up with exceptional assistance In making sure that our vision needs were being taken care of. I absolutely believe Dr. Zucker and Accent On Vision would have not been as successful as they were if not for Paloma. She's indeed a special person and has been a valuable component to the past success of Accent On Vision. For what they have done for me and my family over the years, I will continue to look forward to seeing Dr. Zucker, Paloma and those others in taking care of my vision needs. Paloma is amazing!!! She is very patient and educational when its time to choose your frames. She finds the right the shape and fit for your face which is extremely helpful when you're overwhelmed with all the great choices they have. Everyone was so friendly and courteous.

Paloma has helped me multiple times. She is considerate professional and always provides exceptional service. She is a true asset to your company. She is a true expert on all eyewear products and does an amazing job picking out glasses to match the person.

Bad customer service. We couldn't even get a quote for the cost of some Meta Ai glasses by phone because they tell us we must have to be in presence to get the estimate, so we drove to their place and we arrived and tell us that, our insurance doesn't cover the Meta glasses. I understand that but my concern is they could tell us by phone.

I have been seeing doctors here for over 20 years for my eyes exam, get several Rx glasses done per year. This last visit, one pair of the glasses which took over 4 weeks to get were made with lens placed crooked, it has been since October 2025 and I still do not have them. Calling them once a week, walking in to ask, did not help. Very sad.
