The staff were wonderful. The tech who started my exam was so sweet and explained everything. Then when I ordered my glasses Alex explained everything that would suit my needs for my daily lifestyle and when they came in I could not have been happier! Aly was also wonderful when dispensing my glasses and the fit was perfect! Such a great experience I made my husband go there too!

The glare protection on my glasses was smudging so I called about the "1 year warranty" only to find out mine were only warrantied for 3 months since I brought in a prescription from another office that expired 3 months after I purchased the glasses. To say there is a 1 year warranty from date of purchase and not mention anything about the age of the prescription is very misleading.

One of the guys that works there doesn't know how to adjust the glasses when you first get them. Which is a normal thing you get done when getting new glasses. He didn't get it right so many times I just gave up and took them somewhere else to get fixed. He said the frames arnt their problem. Like what. Yes they are. You sell glasses. And they were crazy crooked. Thanks to another glasses place my glasses are fitting properly. Also they are really cheap frames for being 75$. Get your guy in check, or fire him if he doesn't like his job.

Went for an eye exam and new glasses. I got the eye exam and expected to get 2 glasses for $89.85.
When I went to check out it came to over $200. I did not ask for bifocal or anti-glare. I told them I will pay for the exam, but I will not pay a bill of $200 because you decided to add on crap I didn't ask for. I told them to give me my prescription and I will go elsewhere.
...I walked out with 2 pairs pf glasses and an eye exam for $89.95.
I'm tired of companies trying to screw people over.
Don't post a certain price then try to scam people for more.
