America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

There was a mixup with a doctor officially approving a prescription extension. Two days before Christmas so the doctor was out. They were able to reach the doctor, who provided approval immeduately. Amazing customer service. I've already recommended them to friends and family. I'm never buying glasses online again because they saw my existing ones weren't customized properly. They were willing to do that for free, to bend the frame arms near their end ending. And it wasn't even a product I purchased from there. I wish all businesses operated like them.

Customer service is good here, the one star review given is because no one working there can fit a pair of glasses to save their lives. I've had several glasses ordered here, received and fitted over and over again. They can't get it right. I've spend trip after trip going in to have the resize or fit and they still can get it correct. And they look at me like they have no other solution. I'm not okay with spending almost $300 on a single pair of generic glasses to have them hurt me ears or give me headaches. Sandy is their only saving grace. This location needs to invest in a training course for the rest of the employees to learn how to do this part of their job.

America's Best is fantastic! I had such a great experience browsing for glasses, the staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. I found a pair I loved and was thrilled to be able to get the same style I already had, which made me so happy! Even though I didn't walk out the same day with new glasses, the team made everything easy, pleasant, and stress-free. The store is clean, organized, and has a great selection to fit every style and preference. I truly felt like they care about helping you find exactly what you want, and that personal attention makes all the difference. I'll definitely be coming back, highly recommend!

I recently visited America's Best for a new pair of glasses, and I must say, I had an excellent experience. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Jerry and Sandy, who went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect pair of glasses that would suit my face shape. The parking was very accessible, and the store was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Moreover, Lauren the optometrist was very cool and patient in explaining my prescription to me, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this America's Best branch for anyone in need of eye care services. The staff is top-notch, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the optometrist is knowledgeable and patient. I can confidently say that I had a great experience at America's Best and will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs.

All the staff were friendly & helpful. There was a mix-up with our charts & we had to wait a bit more than usual; but once it got figured out the Dr & staff were so great to hurry us thru the process. Dr Finale was super nice & knowledgeable as well as other staff and we all enjoyed our visit to America's Best on Arizona Pavilions in Tucson!

Amazing service. Though i could tell they were short staffed I still was able to be seen same day. Isabel helped me find the perfect glasses Abd the doctor was very attentive. i will be returning next year!

I recently visited America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. I ordered one pair of eye glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I understood I had to wait two weeks for both pairs, I never received a text message or phone call from this place at all. I called after the two weeks to see if my sunglasses and eye glasses were in, they stated they were both in this past Saturday on 9/13/2025. I arrived to find out that they basically lied and told me that both pairs of sunglasses and eye glasses were in, which they weren't. They stated I had to come back in a second time and pick up the other pair. Its not like I live close by this place, so making two trips is basically pointless and waste of gas. They need to do better with there communication with there customer's and not waste our time. I don't know if I'll ever go here again after going thru this whole cycle or not getting a straight answer and being lied too.

This was my first time using America's Best and I had a great experience! I booked my appointment, showed up, and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel welcomed! After they figured out the prescription that worked best and I chose my frames they sat me down and explained the cost to me, what my insurance would cover and what it wouldn't. They told me that the glasses I got would arrive 2 weeks from the appointment/order date, and I was pleasantly surprised that they showed up about a week early! I'll definitely be back in the future!
