Everyone in the office is very sweet. The techs went above and beyond. My son wasn't too excited about the dilation drops and they worked with him on finding a solution even though I was getting frustrated. After our visit the doctor asked one of the techs Logan to help us out to our car due to me having a 4 day old baby with me. Logan helped us in the car he went above and beyond by helping put my 4 day old baby in the car. Than you for having an amazing and caring team.

I've had a great experience taking my son there they all work so well with him. When I went in today the ophthalmology assistant BJ was amazing and very informative. Then we went to see Dr. Lauren Imbornoni did great with checking his eyes even though he was cranky. I'm so thankful for everything that they've done for him.

They are okay. But their process is incredibly slow. I had to take my boys in for eye exams and was there over 2.5 hours before we finally saw the doctor. I had to to work after the appointment and they made me extremely late. The process is very slow and unacceptable for professionals.

Great team from entering and greeting us in, very clean place, and staff with doctor very committed and gave great services.. My son was happy on his 1st visit.. more to come while on this journey..

I took my daughter there for the first time in Sept 2025. We were referred by her pediatrician and carry Tricare Insurance. The Dr was very nice and thuro. The office staff, not so much. Although they we pleasant with their voices they were not pleasant about thr Insurance processing and referral process. They called me the day before telling me they needed forms from the Dr and that the referral authorization through Insurance was not the referral even though it was printed on the form clear as day. Anyway, it was a big hassle and they wanted to cancel our appt and schedule us 4-5 months out. I put my foot down and Referral management through Tricare handled it as the eye center was not following the guideline of their contract. As we were leaving I was told I owed them money. I have never had to pay any eye center before with Tricare as an active duty family. They never mentioned a payment of any kind during the many conversations we had prior to thr appointment or even at check in when they once again asked for more paperwork telling me there was a problem with the insurance. There was no problem with our insurance. It was their lack of knowledge, communication, and skill that was the problem. Due to the negative experience we will not be returning.

We had an early appointment and they got us in and out within an hour and a half. Fastest we have ever gotten through. Polite employees and kind.

Dr. Imbernoni is one of a kind. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes amazing care of her patients. If it weren't for her, we might have not caught a significant diagnosis for our 2 month old daughter. She is amazing!

Great experience! The office was great with making sure we were seen on time. They communicated thoroughly throughout the entire appointment!
