Arizona Primary Eyecare, now part of MyEyeDr.

I had a great experience at Arizona Primary Eye Care. It was easy to make an appointment that worked for my schedule. Dr. Nichols and the staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were so helpful with any questions we had.

MyEyeDr. has awesome doctors to examine eyes, however, the department that sells eyeglasses leaves a lot to be desired. After my eye exam, I walked into the eyeglasses department and purchased a new pair. They never fit and after returning there for an adjustment, twice, the lens continued to "pop out" of the frame. I returned again and asked for a refund. They initially refused. After several minutes of discussion, the office manager, Vanessa, finally agreed to refund a "portion" of my purchase. I paid $199.90 initially for my new glasses. I was refunded only $129.90. They blamed the problem with my glasses on my attempt to adjust them. I went to Costco and found an excellent pair of glasses for $162.98. DON'T buy your glasses at MyEyeDr. Take your business elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. They answered all my questions and made everything easy and comfortable. The service was excellent, and everyone was very professional and kind. I really appreciated how welcoming they were. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Damon clearly does not understand how to bill my insurance. I went in for a routine eye exam and used my medical insurance, but was told I hadn't met my deductible. I should have been billed for a standard office visit and charged my co-pay, yet I received a $130 charge instead. I've had to dispute billing issues with this office every single time I've visited, and this will be the last. After years of being a patient here, I will no longer be returning. This practice has lost a loyal customer.

I came in very last minute because of a problem with my eye lid. Arizona Primary Eye Care took care of it immediately and I'm so appreciative of their care. I've used them for eye exams in the past and they are really excellent, easy to work with!
