Dr. Kozak is great. Quick appointment with photos and eye pressure testing, including standard vision exam. The waiting room is large and spacious, helps to ensure social distancing is still possible even when many patients are waiting to be seen. I dropped off a DOT form to be completed by the doctor on Friday. We'll see how long the turn around time is on that. Hopefully as expeditious as the rest of the scheduled appointment was. I've gone reason to complain thus far. Recommend seeing Dr. Kozak to anybody reading these revjews.
Dr. Cori Jones was proficient, professional, and pleasant. She explains every step of the process as we are going through it, in detail. Dr. Jones is thorough and patient. She is a great asset to your practice.
I have only very good reviews about my appointment with Dr. Jones.
Dr. Jones is very caring and explains clearly what is going on with my eyes. I feel safe knowing I have such a nice doctor.
If your child is special needs DO NOT SEE Sarah Elhomosany! She didn't read my child's chart and proceeded to ask the MA who my child was and why she was here, in the hallway with our door open for the whole office to hear my child's medical conditions, then during the exam got upset bc my child is nonverbal and couldn't read the letters on the screen. When told her she has a genetic condition she said "yes I know but she needs to speak." Such a degrading experience for my toddler and I.
Great care, hardly any wait time. Dr. Kozak was kind and compassionate, and just what you'd expect from a good doctor.
Dr. Kozak was so helpful and helped alleviate my eye blurriness. Dr Kozak is brilliant in his medical field of expertise and has a kind, compassionate bedside manner.
All the staff in the clinic were kind and helpful.
Thank you!
Dr Cori Jones and staff are the best! I recommend them highly. Dr. Jones and staff always listens which is very important if you have specialty eye care needs. Great job , Thank you for being there for me and helping me return to the outdoors with the specialty contacts. You're the best Dr. Jones !
Thank you to Dr. Jones on the 3rd floor! Last time my son was here was 2yrs ago. & we didn't want to come back because we had a really bad experience with a different doctor. My son is a hospital baby & has been through a lot. He is considered special needs & sometimes I feel like some people & doctors just don't understand.
Dr. Jones today was AMAZING, she took her time with our son, understood he needs & understood him! We got the answers we were looking for as much as we could get & it was just over all amazing for us. Thank you again for making this appointment go smoothly as possible.
