Buena Vista Eye Care

Dr Trejo and the entire staff are magnificent to work with! They have been taking care of my family for over 15 years, and always with smiles and care. If there's a down side, their selection of frames might be a little limited compared to the giant stores. But the level of care at Buena Vista is truly hard to beat.

Unfortunately, I've used this clinic one to many times out of necessity due to insurance. I can't say all of my visits here are pleasant . Front desk reception is terribly rude, Just one front desk, receptionist ladies in her 50s or possibly 60s shirt brown hair with glasses, fair skinned Who never bothers the smile. Non-empathetic, flat affectionate- no personality. I swear, each time I try with this person you can never ever get a smirk out of her. The hours are terrible. They're closed at the most inconvenient times. Optometrist can be one year pleasant of the next year rude. IDK. --- overall

So so soooooo Happy! Dr. Orozco fixed my issues with prescribing computer readers for me. I had progressive glasses but I could not see the computer with them. Lots of neck wrenching and squinting and headaches and blurred vision! After seeing him and getting these beautiful glasses ordered.. I can see my computer now.. both screens.. and my phone still.. Thank You to Dr. O AND HIS WONDERFUL STAFF! SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL !!
