Clear Vision Express

If you're looking for CLEAR vision I would not recommend coming here, it's BLURRY vision at best. My family and I have come here for years and have had no issues until recently. I went to pick up my glasses and as soon as I put them on I knew something was wrong with the glasses, the hurt my eye, and felt like I put contacts on in the wrong eye. I expressed this to the girl and she told me I had to wear the glasses for a week before they would troubleshoot the issue. I came back to have the glasses looked over and was told that there was nothing wrong and there's nothing they could do besides making me repay for a new eye exam. I told them I wasn't comfortable with doing that because on my eye exam, the provider failed to do a vital portion of the exam, which I let her know about and she insisted that she did perform the eye health part of the exam (she did not) and when picking out my glasses, the young lady did not get my measurements and take a photo with the iPad (something they've always done), so surely if all these mistakes have been made leading up to getting the glasses, it's not crazy to think that maybe someone messed up the glasses along the way. Also is the very reason they have us try the glasses on to begin with. I was told again that there's nothing that could be done. Spoke with the manager who proved that there was something that could be done, I was re examined by the same provider (tried to get a different one) and she was completely inappropriate. Before she started the exam, she tried to intimidate me by stating "I saw in your notes you said I kept missing stuff in your exam" and I was appalled because I had already brought this up to her, it wasn't a secret. She thought she caught me off guard so I responded ... "yea you did, and we discussed it already. It wasn't a big deal, you fixed it and now I just want my glasses fixed. " Overall, this place needs more Doctors because I think this Dr. heather lady is seeing too many patients and exams are lacking quality. On My re examination, she missed steps again.

I have been coming to Clear Vision for a few years now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience! The eye exams are thorough, and the staff is always patient and helpful-especially when it comes to choosing the perfect, classy frames. Heather and Mireya provide outstanding customer service and make every visit enjoyable. I'll definitely continue coming here for all of my eyewear needs!

Heather sucks. Point blank period. She either needs more help, or needs to be replaced. I'm never getting an eye exam here again after my horrible experience, and lack of care while taking exams.

I was in need of an eye exam ASAP.. I thought I had made an appointment at the Thornydale location, but the next day I found out it was at the Oro Valley Location...oops my bad! When I arrived at the Thornydale location the staff was kind enough to get me a next day appointment with Dr. Ly! Dr. Ly was professional and clear about the health of my eyes, and always asked if I had any questions about the information relayed to me, or if I needed clarification on anything. I wanted a quick turnaround on my eyeglasses since my prescription had changed drastically. It took about 2-3 business days and I am very happy with my purchase! Good job, and I will definitely be referring others to this location!

The place is paradise, all thanks to the tall boy with curly hair. He should be the face of this company. Might as well be heaven's gates with those pearly whites. This man is a dream. I'll never need to go anywhere else now.

I've been coming here for years, and I've never had as good of an experience finding glasses as I did today. Heather is the absolute BEST. She found me so many perfect glasses that I didn't have to look around even once. She had me laughing out loud and provided such a fun experience that I hope she's there to help me every single time I go. Thank you, Heather!

If you need fast glasses, and great customer service this is the place to go!

I don't even want to leave one star, this place is awful. My husband needed new glasses as his broke, so we picked out one pair of prescription sunglasses & one regular glasses frame, they quoted us $309 with our vision insurance for both frames, then when we got up to the register to pay they said oh its actually going to be $500 (WITH INSURANCE) & the the lady helping us conveniently added on polarized lenses despite us saying we didn't want polarized lenses, she stated "it's only $50 more." Finally after telling them forget it we only want the prescription sunglasses it came out to $65.00... Not sure how that works considering prescription sunglasses are more expensive than regular frames. This place is a scam.
